Amazing food and music. If you are looking for Peruvian food, this is the place to go. I have never had Peruvian food before, but after today I'm a fan. Thank you to the owner, cooks and our waitress.I will be back the next time I come home to Chicago.
I have been here three times and really love their menu. They have variety of choices. I love their tamale, delicious. Nice cozy place, good service and reasonable prices. They serve lots of food for the prices.

Very friendly and courteous service, anxious to please. Very good value of what you get in terms of food, quantity and quality versus the price. It is BYOB but they are easy about that. The ceviche is excellent.
I love Peruvian food and wherever I go on vacation I search out Peruvian restaurants. I come to Chicago at least once a year and I always stop in at a taste of Peru. The food is delicious, the service is great, and they had my favorite Peruvian dessert, lucama ice cream and alfajores. Two thumbs up!
Local restaurant with a menu that is not local at all. A variety of dishes, appetizer, deserts - you will have a hard time which one to choose. All of them are delicious..especially see found dishes, and if soup is your"thing" make sure you order one of theirs.
Amazing, authentic and tasty food!!!! Would definitely recommend and I also recommend you bring your own alcohol as they don’t have a bar but do allow you to BYOB!!!
The food was delicious, and the waitress was cordial and served perfectly nice and fast the dishes. I recommend this place. The Taste of Peru. It’s an amazing little place cozy and clean. Very happy to founded.
