pretty big dip in quality from what I have received in the past. Kale was a mix of big chunks of ends of stems and tiny little bits of leaves the size of parsley flakes. Portions of "expensive" ingredients like roasted sweet potatoes aprox half of what I've received in the past. Amount of dressing about half of what I've received in the past, not enough to spread over the salad despite the overall volume of the salad being smaller than in the past. Slices of beets where very tough and dried out, ended up stabbing through the container trying to grab them with my fork.All staff was very hardworking and friendly
Great variety of salad options and ingredients you wouldn't think go well together. The only thing is the price. When did salads start costing $14? lol
Veggie puns just kale meOrdered a harvest bowl from @sweetgreen for lunch and it was as as yummy delivered as it normally is picking it up in the storefront. With a base of kale, warm chicken and rice, and toppings of sweet potatoes, goat cheese, almonds, and apples, it sure was a sweet and green salad
I usually love their salads and never have an issue! However, I ordered a Kale Caesar with 2 portions of dressing and a hot sauce, and received 0 dressing and no hot sauce.So, the salad was inedible and I didn't have time to order anything else in time before I had to go back to work. I called their customer service line, but it just prompts you to wait for them to text you. It's currently been 30min and no response.Probably won't be ordering anything from here again unless I can go into the store and MAKE SURE the dressing is in there. Plus, there virtual customer service is horrible.
The best healthiest salads that are super delicious. Great options just no bacon lol so don't ask for it. But it's the best.

So happy they have sweetgreen in Chicago! I come here all the time and they always do a great job with my order even when I have special requests. I highly recommend ordering for pickup in the am (before 10:30) since the line gets pretty crazy and they tend to run out of things during lunch. If you live or work near an outpost I’ve found this to be the easiest way to get lunch from there quickly!!Definitely the best-tasting healthy lunch I’ve had in the loop. Highly recommend
Food always has consistently been good. Service hasn’t since I waited over 10 minutes for someone to get my food order. Everyone of the staff is mostly prepping and I was in so much disbelief that I waited so long. Green goddess salad is my favorite! I like that they allow you to customize it too. The Buffalo cauliflower is a must!
Love sweetgreen when I'm away in the US. Build your own bowl, all healthy ingredients, very tasty, not to much sodium and gluten free.
