It wasn’t really gelato. Okayish. Wouldn’t mind having gelato here if on the way and enjoy the river view but won’t reroute to come here.
Female employee there gave us the rudest look after we clarified we wanted root beer float AND mango gelato separately, not in the root beer. not sure why we thought vanilla ice cream always goes in the root beer float, but either way, be nice to your customers.
Very good gelato. Creamier than the real thing in Italy but the flavor was great. I had dark chocolate salted caramel and vanilla, my husband had dark chocolate chocolate strawberry and cookies n cream. Would recommend.
Ice cream on the Riverwalk, well as you can expect it can get quite busy. Gelato was good I enjoyed every bite. Not a lot of sitting but there were a few and surprisingly not a lot of people for the just after lunch time on a hot day, maybe locals know something I don't. But anyway it was nice to sit almost in the fountain and eat an ice-cream on the Riverwalk.
I got chocolate gelato, strawberry chocolate sorbet, and mango sorbet & could not pick a favorite. Definitely worth a visit!
Much better spots for ice cream in Chicago but the view gives it an extra star
I wasn’t quite sure what flavor to get. They recommended pineapple. It was so good. Not too sweet, very refreshing.
The Black Cherry gelato/sherbert (I don't remember which one it was) was amazing! We discovered this place on accident but we'll definitely be coming back on purpose! Perfect place to sit and watch Art on the Mart.
Great ice cream in a cozy little corner of the river walk.
Really mediocre ice cream. Do yourself a favor and avoid the peach flavor.
