Over priced for what it is and the staff left the whole experience sour instead of sweet.
Overpriced and gimmicky. Menu is very slim and the food was not that great. Itâs a one time experience I do not have to have again
the gave us thirsty waters... no glasses and no straws ... i paid 3 dollars for coke the size of a hug juice.... and the food was rushed and not right ... best thing was the 25.00 shake

Myself and someone else in my party ordered pasta dishes, it was not as good as it was my first time at the sugar factory and the bread was either extremely old (hard) or over baked.
Staff was great an our server was great. The experience was fun. Thought it was expensive. Good for special occasions.
Love the atmosphere and the service! But I didnât know that the glass we drank from, that we purchased would come back dirty and plastic not glass, for $10. That was the only down side.
Server was excellent. Drinks and food were way over priced for casual dining. But I guess youâre paying for the experience.
Went for a birthday treat. The staff are nice, the place is a little boxy and makes it crowded. The burgers were tasty. The drinks are pretty neat and very expensiveâ¦a little too pricey but you do get to take the rest home if you donât finish. But with out a doubt our waitress Kinidee was beyond wonderful. She was so sweet, kind, informative, happy, just absolutely great. She made our birthday treat perfect!!! This place is definitely worth a visit just know youâre going to spend the moneyâ¦.and most definitely ask for Kinidee!!!
It was nieceâs birthday I clearly put in the special occasion that it was her birthday but no one acknowledged her nor sung her happy birthday i spent over $250 with no one even wishing her a happy birthday I didnât want to go to the waitress to tell her because I had so many kids at the table it was impossible to tell her without one of the children overhearing. The food was overall tasteful but was poorly served I had to keep asking for cups, plates ect. Again I had 5 kids with me and they were not given anything to eat with it was kind of annoying to keep having to bother our waitress for things when they couldâve just accommodated all of us in the beginning.
