Got the quesadillas and oatmeal pancakes and bacon. 3 quesadillas and 4 pancakes food was excellent and still had leftovers. Old fashion was ok
Great start to the day! Tasty, fast and comfy w great natural light and readable printed menus. Adding peppers and onions to potatoes is indicative of the Cafes extra touch in all the classic breakfast food. Sriracha egg sandwich was a standout. Blueberry pancakes hit the spot! Old fashion diner mugs for coffee. Will be back

Alondra was the best server we have ever had! She was too sweet and we didn’t have to ask for a single thing because she had it all at the table before we could even blink!!
They have a full breakfast and lunch menu, but I always get breakfast, usually an omelette or the chilaquiles. If you want a carb splurge, the monte cristo waffle is obscene.Last week we each had the build your own omelette (choose three ingredients from lots of options), and they were perfect. I substituted the potatoes and bread for ripe and juicy tomatoes (still nine pounds of Covid weight left to lose).We had a great waitperson. She refilled our coffee three times without having to ask. Street parking... there are a few free spots but the easiest are the paid ones on Milwaukee. They seem to do a ton of pick-up and delivery orders here, which is especially in the winter.
Great ambience, friendly staff and lovely tasting food that has fortunately (*touchwood*) hasn’t changed in the last so many years. Their collection of freshly squeezed juices is a must try. We also had their veggie skillet and eggs sardou and were very happy with the brunch experience. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.PS. This place is famous with the locals so come early or prepare to wait for a little while :)
My family and I can't get enough of this place. We always order a few items and split them since its so hard to decide. Their plating and taste are exquisite ? it gets pretty busy for brunch so props to the waiters and workers who hustle, you all are amazing!!
We had brunch here. Unfortunately we had to squeeze with 5 people on a table for 4. The food was good and the freshly pressed juice was very nice and something special. The atmosphere did not match my expectations.
Food was alright, nothing super special, but not awful at all.our waiter up charged us something awful though, which is why i rate 3 stars. didn’t ask sizes on things and gave us the largest size. misleading suggestions lead to a higher total too.
