This restaurant is so cute & quaint. I stopped in to get a zoom class in and breakfast at the same time! I started with a sunrise margarita. I had the Denver omelette that came with home potatoes and a short stack. Everything tasted delicious and the pancakes were sooo fluffy. Everything was fresh and made to older. Everything came out so quick so hardly a wait. The cooks communicate well and have a good system of getting things done. I recommend stopping in for a bite.
The food is fine. The place is usually packed and there is a wait time but usually no more than 20 min. We had club sandwich, denver omelette, which I was told were really good. The lumberjack skillet was supposed to comewith sausage, bacon, potatoes and cheese. I saw just a few pieces of sausage, i don't remember bacon or cheese. They used lots of potatoes as filler though. Coffee is La Colombe which delicious and they have decaf. I don't think anyone should be called sweetie or honey by someone you don't know but other than that, I have to say the staff was super nice and efficient. Servers come around every so often but no overwhelmingly. I didn't have to ask for extra creamer with my coffee warm up, the server brought out right away. This is my third time visiting.
Really enjoyed this classic breakfast place. Both the veggie skillet and the avocado egg sandwich were great. I was able to upgrade my classic waffles to cinnamon roll waffles which were amazing!!

Reasonably priced. Fast & friendly service. I had the lumberjack skillet. I’m not a fan of pork but it was pretty good. My waffles were delicious and the eggs were cooked to perfection. I would definitely return to try more options.
Food was delicious and was brought to the table at a quick time even for Saturday morning breakfast. I had the skirt steak and eggs which came with potatoes and a choice of toast, waffles, or pancakes. I had the raspberry white chocolate pancakes which were also fantastic and portions were more than enough.
I have dined in and ordered take out from Stax. Everyone from the cashier's and servers are truly nice and accommodating. If you ask for something extra like syrup or butter no problem. The pricing is good and the food tastes great.
