71st Stoney Island is horrible the place was Nasty they literally had the mats on the counter. The ladies making drinks had no clue. Instead of making me a new drink the added the Carmel to the cup scoop the whip cream in the garbage and poured the rest in the new cup. The lady on the register was moving like she has some health issues.
Was having a spirited, yet professional, conversation completely lacking profanity or raised voices. Another patron snidely interjected himself into the conversation. Things exploded. A young man employee quickly interceded. I had nearly lost it by this time. I respected him. I walked out instead of clocking the intervening patron. I personally thank that young man because without his intervention things would have escalated out of control. I shall give him a three-figure tip.
Staff is not focused on customers. Staff was seen laughing and joking while drive thru and inside was packed! We went inside because the drive thru was so packed. Thinking perhaps it would be quicker smh. But it took almost 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a cheese danish! Terrible service! Pass up on this Starbucks unless you like your time being wasted on subpar service.
I was not told I had to pay by card or app when I ordered at the drive through intercom. I learned that when I got to the window to pay. They did not have nitro brew. It was not ready yet (an hour after opening).
Very slow and honestly take too much time chatting. I ordered and they were just talking to each other for ages before I was like can I at least get my Bakery item?
Good service. Order was correct ?! Parking lot VERY congested bc it's TOO SMALL! Employee's have zero to do with that, but that's why I gave it 4 Stars ?!
I’ve always had a good experience here, but I pulled up today and saw paper covering the windows and CLOSED signs on the building I hope they reopen. Thankfully there are also great local coffee spots nearby, but the drive through was a nice perk of the Starbucks location
I order a Hot chocolate and banana bread Patrick told me @ the Kiosk that I had to wait for him to go and check to see if they have any said that they did get to the window Patrick he did not have any banana bread I ask can I have the lemon loaf he said because it was still frozen lol this my third time going to that location that they are out of something or it is frozen the MANAGEMENT TEAM IS TOO COMPLEX
I went in on Christmas morning. They were in the Christmas Spirit & playing good music. It put me in such a Joyful mood that I went in dancing, lbvs!!! They weren't crowded, & the staff was wonderful!!!! I ordered a Vente Iced Caramel Macchiato... Which was DELICIOUS!!!
This used to be my favorite Starbucks to visit but now they’re EXTREMELY slow & can be very rude at times! I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes & then it just came to a complete stop & no other cars were moving. I finally gave up & got out of line & went to another one in my area. I was so irritated! I don’t even attempt to go there anymore, I’d rather just drive further out for better customer service!
