Music is too LOUD, and the selections of songs are for partying. I feel i cant study because of the party music playing. What happened to the jazzy, mellow, low music people could study on. Very disappointed with the choice of loud and party music. Please change.
it's just ok ... lots of room, but the music is too loud and you have to wait a long time for your order if you're dining in since they prioritize drive thru
Drink was made perfectly. Baristas were exceptionally kind and friendly!
Fast and easy. Don't try to use the air machine though. Didn't work.

So today I did a mobile order with my customized vanilla latte. When I got it I realized that there was no whip (thats what he showed on the order and sticker) when the barista handed it to me. When I got to the car and took a sip it was just a plain latte with no vanilla and of course no whip. I was honestly upset since I used my stars for that drink. Many times too this location does mess up our drinks and when we order a specific drink they end up making a totally different drink that it wasn't what we ordered. Mind you im a barista myself and I hate to complain because I go through customer's complaining to me all the time but, this is where I've has enough with not saying anything. The workers are nice but the way they make my drink is not good at all.. We come here a lot since it's close to my boyfriends house.
Every time I order for pick up thru my app my order is never ready at estimated time I always wait 20 min or more. They need more efficient employees.
11/16/21 5 a.m. Employees act as if ingredients come out of their paycheck. Ordered a venti pumpkin cream cold brew. The pumpkin cream was practically non existent. By the time made it to work the cream was gone never had that happen, I always have a good amount of cream even when my drink is almost finished.I don't expect anything extra but the correct ratios that make up the drink specially when drive thru isn't even busy at 5 a.m.
