Employees are friendly. Prices are a bit high but the macaroon sandwich was pretty good. We shared it. Because it's too sweet but it's good for a group! Enjoy!

Ordered 1 macaroon bottle water and 20oz soda. The owner would not put macaroon in bag. Made her take with bare hand. Horrible service.
The man working the counter was very unfriendly. The boba tea had only a few boba and the tea was very weak tasting. Very overpriced. I would never return.

The first 3 things we tried to order they did not have. We finally settled on bubble tea in flavors that they did have. What we got was very good and very tasty and the price wasn't outrageous even for Navy Pier. We were very disappointed though they had no snow items available and the only boba they had were pomegranate.
The cashier was pretty much doing most of the work, scrambling to make orders and taking them at the same time while some other coworkers were not very helpful to her. She was very friendly. Lots of loud noises so we had to pretty much yell to hear each other. Ordered the Thai tea boba smoothie which was delicious and also ordered the strawberry banana smoothie which was tasty as well. If you want something very sweet, come here. Only thing is, the service took forever for how many workers were there and not a very large line. Ordered a bottled water and wasn't given it right away and had to ask for it again. Wait line is better than the McDonald's but still took so long for just drinks.

Worst bubble tea I’ve ever had in my life. And trust me, I’m a huge bubble tea drinker and have gone to more than 100 different places. The drink from here tasted super artificial, watery, and nauseatingly sweet. This is probably because they used POWDER instead of fresh fruit to make their bubble teas. I threw mine away. Please do not go here. Not to mention it’s an absolute rip off.
