My first time here. Potato pancakes and meatballs in dill sauce... The side of beets were also @! ~ Delicious!
Even though I found that the food temperature was not hot enough, the Goulash and potatoes were good and home style prepared and presented.
It was my first time experiencing polish food, and it was DELICIOUS.Glad we chose this restaurant nearby to have this experience. The service and the food were both amazing. 10/10.
Stumbled on this after getting into O’hare and now I’m can’t wait to get back there. The food was absolutely delicious (the borscht is exactly what you need on a Chicago winters day) and the interior is warm and wood paneled. Lovely staff as well.
Legit. The perogies of course are awesome, but so are the Hungarian pancakes (pictured). The real star of the show at my table was the beef stroganoff. The gnocchi for that dish was the best I had ever had. Kudos!
Food was authentic and amazing!
Very good home made Polish food. Very filling. Nice place. Little pricey. Portions can be slightly bigger.
Took friends here & all they could talk about later was how great the food & service were. It is a small but adorable place. Clean & the staff is friendly and super nice. If you go you have to order a Cup of Red Borsch. It is to die for. So good. The lovely waitress brought an extra one for the table to sample. Everyone was amazed how good it was. The pierogi are homemade & your tummy will be happy you ordered them. The portions are big....but not a bite was left to waste! This was such a great meal, that my friends will be going back. I recommend to give this little place a chance, you will not regret it.
4.2 stars. Very clean place. Polish assortment was good. Spotless bathroom. Heavy comfort food...
Nice little place with great food & staff. Will definitely return.
