I’m disappointed in the food I ordered. I didn’t even finish it was really that bad.Fries-burnt, stale, cold.Mozzarella sticks- burnt, stale, cold.Onion rings- stale, hard, cold.Cheeseburger- cold, missing peppers requested and old veggies.I’m confused was this all food from Sunday leftovers? There was literally no heat or freshness from any of the food. This is the first I’ve ever experienced such bad food from here. I don’t think I’ll return again.
The staff is very friendly and the food is tasty. Happy it’s in the neighborhood.
Built my own burger. BbQ Bacon Cheeseburger. Very tasty. Place was clean & the cook was courteous.
Hope this place never changes. So good. Have had several good items here before like hot dog, burger, and chicken pita. The Italian beef I had just set me over the top. Hot peppers and dipped. Tastiest beef around this area. Definitely recommend!
I use to come to slims all the time and the chicken poboy was the absolute best but now there must be someone new cooking because the chicken isn’t crispy anymore and it taste like it was actually warmed up in the microwave. Just went again and got the chicken poboy and there was hair in my food and the chicken was cold. I don’t know what’s going on but the food doesn’t taste right anymore and it’s so disappointing because this use to be one of my all time favorite restaurants. Hopefully this gets fixed soon and the food is cooked fresh like it always use to be!!

Staff needs to learn customer service etiquette. I had curbside pickup today, the young lady just stared at me whilst drinking her orange soda. After about 5-6 minutes of waiting right in front of the restaurant and after calling the restaurant and no one picking up…I got out and proceeded to get my order. There was literally no-one in the restaurant except one guy picking up. When I asked to pick up my order they looked at me like I had four heads. What is point of curbside pickup..????
