Hidden gem with affordable pricing, great portion. I’ve always wanted to try this place out. We ordered liang pi and biang biang noodles. Both are delicious. Liang pi is mixed cold noodles with pieces of gluten, refreshing with vinegar and chili oil. Biang biang noodles is stir fry thick wide noodle with smoke flavor.
my boyfriend and i discovered this place on accident following a couple into a basement cafeteria. we discovered our FAVORITE**** noodle spot and we drive 40 minutes every few weeks to indulge! best noodles ever!
We we’re working nearby and found this place by accident. But wow! Their beef noodle soup was a privilege to eat. The beef is so tender, the broth so flavorful, warm, spicy, and the noodles were of excellent quality. Can’t wait to come back!
Biang-biang noodles. Go. Now. Stop what you are doing. Get the noodles.
Don't let the basement food court appearance fool you - in my humble opinion this place makes one of the best bowls of beef noodle soup in all of Chicago. Noodles are handmade and the beef is amazingly tender.
Authentic and tasty. Recommend the Chinese hamburger and fresh yogurt drink.
Doubt if I’m the only one. They charged me for extra transaction fee just because I wanted to pay by card. Never meet such restaurant before. They’re supposed to pay that transaction fee by themselves! That sucks!
Saw this place on a YouTube video. Did not disappoint. The pork belly burger is flavorful, sublime and simple. Definitely recommend this place if you can find it while in Chicago.
Pork Belly Biang Biang Noodle is a must, get the spicy version! The cold ramen noodles with sesame vinaigrette dish was delicious too!
Best Xi An food in Chicago, period. Super authentic and delicious.
