Satay chicken was excellent; the peanut sauce that comes with it is just too good! Their noodle dishes were also quite solid as well. For dessert we had the coconut pudding which was super refreshing and not too sweet. The place is a bit pricy though, but service is great and they get dishes out fast

My friends from out of town wanted to check this place out so we came on a Saturday around 6:30pm. We were able to grab a table for 6 people outside. Sounds like the indoor seats are all reserved. We ordered the Serai Curry Laksa, beef rendang, nasi goreng, Hainanese chicken, sambal shrimp. We LOVED everything except the shrimp. I can’t eat spicy food and the curry laksa had a kick to it but it was tolerable for me. The bowl of rice that came out with the Hainanese chicken was also delicious! Will definitely come back to try the other dishes!

Great Malaysia style, the dishes are unique, cold dish is sweet and sour, and the rice come with the chicken is cooked in chicken broth, very delightful dishes

Always great food

Wow! We love Malaysian food and Serai hit the mark for us! Definitely will be coming back.

Quality of food going down

I only loved the servers having professional treatments for their craft. The food is ok but Chicken Satay was a hit and the Crab Rangoons.

Best thing I’ve ever had. Delicious.

i have always loved this restaurant but today i was super disappointed. not only was the price of my usual order $6 more expensive than usual (which i understand has to do with inflation) but then i had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my pick-up, heard the host verbally abuse one of the servers who was helping me, and i when i arrived home i realized did not get the rice that is usually included in my order. i made a special trip to get my order and im super disappointed by my experience today. Also the lids to both containers were not put on properly and the sauce spilled out of them.

Absolutely delicious except the Tom yum ramen, which was blend and soggy. The Hainanese chicken is extremely tender and flavorful. The portion of calamari is small for its price but the seafood is very fresh. If you love coconut, definitely try the coconut pudding, it's really really good!!
