Very bad services
This is a total rip off. They are overcharging you for Breyers ice cream. Breyers is NOT REAL ice cream, it is pure oil with no real ice cream content. Avoid at all cost.
Forget about the negative reviews you see, there are still some legit managers. I have tried so many managers and I got scammed until I met Mrs SHERRY MURPHY, she's 100% legit and reliable. I don't think I've ever had worse ice cream than this. I don't even know how you mess up ice cream this bad, I mean it's ice cream right? But my golf ball sized serving was rock hard, it took forever to actually get it, and it was fairly overpriced.
The ice cream there is delicious. Lots of different flavors, and the view from the place is fantastic.
Terrible customer service
Garbage service towards POC patrons. I would NEVER recommend this hell hole to anyone.
My good friend paid a visit to this place. She is A black woman. She watched as white patrons were able to make their ice cream selections and then proceed to pay. Once she and her children stepped forward to make their selections, they were told by the white employee that they needed to pay first before making their selections.. why scoops???? Why did the black people have to pay first??? Huh?? Why??? And then a group of white teenagers came in after them and were allowed to make their selections before paying. This is sad. We will not be patronizing this place. You must do better. This is unacceptable that CHILDREN had to THROW THEIR ICE CREAM AWAY BECAUSE THEY WERE DISGUSTED BY HOW THEY WERE TREATED.

i give this place two thumbs up. nothing but great experiences here. the place has a good feel to it. this place has many great reviews for a reason.
