Absolutely incredible hole in the wall and gem. Fantastic food and service alike. Everything was incredibly fresh and prepared to order and clearly made in house. I got the Pozole Rojo and it was perfect, I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Excellent service and the food was really delicious. I was full eating only a all portion of my lunch. The carne asada fries were delightful. Definitely enough for two or three people to share. The steak tacos were excellent. Rice and beans were okay but my hubby enjoyed them later.

Service was amazing. I ordered my food and it came out quick, nice, and warm. The place is small but feels super homey. Definitely plan to visit frequently.

Enchilada de mole!!! ? El mole fue sabrosisimo! Muy amables! And dessert was crispy fried dough (reminded me of beignets) with a coffee flavored sweet sauce. If you’re in the area stop by!

I actually the chicken mole enchiladas yesterday with the chicken tamale the servings were huge. The mole was great as well the refried beans were ok. Today I ate the left overs we couldn’t finish from yesterday the shrimp black beans and rice omg the shrimp was delish this will be my plate for now on.

Have been here a few times and love it more each time. The Carne asada fries and green tamale are amazing. Jesus, our waiter, is extremely helpful and attentive. We even got some buenelos on the house! I live in Arlington Heights and will make the drive for the amazing food. Also, it's byob. You can't beat the quality of food or the amazing service for their prices! Can't wait for my next visit ?

Super cute place! It smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. Food was delicious with great portion sizes for the price. Our waiter was super sweet and attentive and even gave us dessert on the house ? 10/10 place, will be recommending to everyone! (P.S. As an artist, I definitely think a latinx mural would look fantastic on their side brick wall)

This restaurant is small, seating about 25 people max. I've been proud to support them during COVID-19 lockdown, and I glad I was a patron for a couple years before that. They've become much more take-out oriented because of the pandemic, but with proper precautions they have been able to have dining service inside and added sidewalk outdoor patio seating in good weather. Their food is great. Generous portions, high quality, lots of choices of meats: beef, pork, chicken and more. Multiple levels of spiciness. Friendly service. My wife and I love that it's in our neighborhood!

Place is clean but small, recommended for smaller groups of 4 but NOT for big groups larger than 6. They have the traditional green & red salsa which is good but since it was not spicey enough for us, I asked if they had a salsa a bit hotter and they brought us habanero salsa. It was delicious a bit spicey but not overwhelming just perfect. We had a torta de asada and a burrito de asada both good. The place is pricey expect to pay minimum of $30 to $50 per person. They do not sell alcohol but you can bring your own. Staff very attentive.

This was my first time dining at Sabroso. I stumbled upon it from a Google search. This restaurant had great reviews, so my husband and I decided to dine there. The restaurant is small on the inside and offers outdoor dining. However, although quaint the service was oustanding and comparable to semi fine dining, with being served on nice dishes! The food was absolutely delicious and burst with flavor. In addition to the Enchilada dinner, I enjoyed a side order of a Chicken Tamale (I forgot to take a picture). OMG the tamale was extremely full of flavor with the essence of lime in the sauce. I would definitely eat there again.
