I went here with my sister and granddaughter to eat we bouth 2alcapurrias and 1pincho ok this was so disgusting a piece of hair on the alcapuria my sister was getting ready to walk to the truck but we left so disgusting almost trow up on the car never going back i guess they are cooking with there hair all over the food the wonder this place doesn't have to much business bad experience never going back i dont care i rather cook my own food safety and save gross
Its okay food, sloppy jibaritos. Pasteles are my favorite from here. Otherwise, it is not real Puerto Rican food. What really makes me not wanna go here are the ladies taking the orders/cashier. They always mess up my order and add stuff I always have to pay for an extra rice, extra siding, they are not on it. If you want real PR food it isn't here they are South American. The owner is kinda rude to. Man they always mess up my order and everyone I know who orders from here and when you tell them they just giggle. Not cool. Also do not go here in summer its disgusting, hot and humid, the owner should put an AC in there and give the place some tic.
Go for the great lip smacking good food. Our food was flavorful and mouth watering. This is comfort food , you know it's the right place when you see the locals. This is mostly carry out with a few tables. It was clean with a very friendly staff.
If you like hair in your food, then this is the place for you. Ordered some takeout and after taking a bite I had that distinct, unpleasant feeling of hair in my food. Luck be hold, had a nice long hair curled and tucked into the Alcapurria. Guess they threw it in for good luck?
The food was delicious; reminding me of my mother’s food. The pasteles are wonderful. I will be back soon.
The service is Fantastic but the Place OMG REALLY NEEDS LOVE ! The Place has no AC ( Has some type of Odor) and it’s not food …..the food ok … not what I was expecting! Not going back!!!!
Terrible not what it used to be going back 30 yrs of loyalty! Fried meat in window over cooked and dry. Ladies working the front unorganized! Now cash only and no change back! The pastelillos are stuffed with potatoes where's the meat? It taste like they are stuffed with left over potatoe balls! Do you think people would not notice? I don't think these people running the place are the original owners. The food doesn't taste Puerto Rican anymore! Not returning again.
Disappointed in their food today. Alcapurrias were very salty and pastels had 1 small square of meat.
excelente
good food and very friendly waiter and owner of the restaurant.
