This was our 3rd time coming here during a Chicago visit from Cleveland. Itâs absolutely our favorite. The eggplant is my absolute go to.
I LOVE Rosebud on Rush! I had a meal at Rosebud in Naperville many years ago and it has haunted me for years...because it was one of the best meals I had ever had. I tried Rosebud again in Rosemont and it didn't satisfy me like the prior meal did. So this trip to Downtown Chicago, made me book again to see if I could relive the prior meal experience and I can't say how wonderful this one was! It hit all the boxes for an amazing meal. Alejandro was our server, and even though the food came out early, it really wasn't a problem! Thank you Rosebud on Rush!
Food is delicious. Everything we tried we loved. Be warned the portions are HUGE.
Meh. Not as good as the original Rosebud. BEWARE: in the end the check had an optional 3% surcharge added on that can be removed upon request. WHAT? Totally shady.
Way too loud
Food, excellent. Noise level is off the chart when you have to yell to the waiter who was always rushing us. Restrooms leave a lot to be desired. Need more stalls and more frequent cleaning!
Taste of food was average. Prices were a bit high.
When i lived in Chicago, j used to come here for brunch and people watch on their bistro. Now i come here at least once during my visits to Chicago. I wasn’t able to wait for a table outside because I was on schedule. Sat on the basement for the very first time. ?? Good service and atmosphere, as per usual.
