Great experience! It was busy but that can be a good sign. The staff was great and make sure we were taking care of. I would definitely go again. I tried the root beer short ribs and my friend ordered the fired chicken. Both were yummy!

We lucked into a last-minute booking for a chef’s table experience and could not have been more thrilled with the whole evening. Every dish was intricate and unique, while still very accessible.Watching the kitchen put together the dishes was fascinating and ran like a well-oiled machine. Huge detail was put into every element and you can tell when you taste the food. The portions were also gigantic. We took home leftovers from three separate courses. In less joyful news, it doesn’t look like the front of house has it together. Frequently servers standing around, looking like they didn’t know what to do. We didn’t have a server, really. Every server seemed to be serving every table. It worked out, but was very strange and disjointed to experience. The table before us ran late, so we started our seating nearly 20 minutes late as well, while we awkwardly stood outside. I wouldn’t want anyone to feel rushed, but there wasn’t anywhere to “put” us while we stood there.Completely worth it though!

This place is so on point.Snagged a seat at the end of the Hearth counter for a solo dinner. Bourbon selection was a little limited but still had some good ones. (Four roses)Order the aged cheddar rilletes with the truffle cauliflower and fried bread. This was an incredible experience. My mouth was so happy i danced in my seat and convinced the ladies next to me to order it STAT.Followed by the root beet short rib and oh my god did this not disappoint. I wanted to lick the plate the sauce was so good.Sitting at the Hearth watching the team work diligently and chef Grant working the pass made everything serendipitous.Highly recommend this spot for anyone and everyone with any occasion.2 Ladies at the bar with their laptops open shouldnt be permitted. I had a time limit on my seat which is fine and I respected.... but watching them sit there with their laptops open not only kills the vibe but also send the wrong message to the hard working staff taking great pride in every step they take .

Every single thing on the menu is absolutely amazingly crafted by a kitchen led by the great Grant Achatz. I have been here 3 times now and every single time blows my mind. Highly recommend. Staff. Kitchen. Every person here is great and deserves an accolade.

Everything was tasty and full of flavor!1. Get the bread2. Milk and cookies dessert was everything3. Rigatoni Pasta add the truffle and crab4. Fried chicken was super moist and extra crunchy - must try if you like fried chicken

The Roister fried chicken was crispy, moist and delicious, the glazed pork butt was tender on one side but was tougher on the other side, wished it was more tender across the whole dish. We had the smoky vanilla ice cream for dessert and while texture and flavour of the overall dessert was good, there was no smoke profile to the smoky vanilla ice cream which was disappointing. However the overall experience and service was top notch, the servers were very attentive and made the whole dining experience very enjoyable with a great vibe and music.

We came here for my husband's birthday and had a great dinner with drinks! All the food was delicious. I think our favorite was the giant meatball - it was a perfect starter! Everyone was super nice and helpful. My only small dislike - we were seated right in the middle of the dining area, so people kept passing next to us on either side and it's not a lot of space. So we kept shifting for people to pass by. I'd come back though, but ask for a table on the side or sit at the bar

Innovative twists, delicious food and great service

we had a phenomenal Chef's Counter experience! The casual environment & upscale tasting menu is the perfect combination. Every course was unique and incredibly well thought out. I loved seeing the kitchen put out plate after excellent plate. You can tell they care about the quality of food both in presentation and taste. Can't wait to come back for brunch!!

I loved sitting at the counter watching the hearth and the food being made! Speaking of the food, it was fantastic. I went with a vegetarian and they also loved the food, so you CAN go here and not get the chicken and still love your experience.Every dish was gorgeously prepared, creative and delicious.
