Whoever they had working here today was very rude! She was more concerned about scheduling her week with someone than serving the customers. I asked her if she had any pastries or anything to eat as I didn’t see anything out from, but I did see some in the back. She literally told me, “No. Sold out.” She made my friend’s drink with whole milk instead of the requested oak milk. Terrible service!Extremely rude! I will not be returning!
So I love this place - one of the best coffeeshops in North Center / Lincoln Square area. Good drinks, nice staff, great back patio. But every time I come in, the bathroom gets dirtier and dirtier. Some of the tiles are broken, it looks like the floor hasn't been cleaned in months, the toilet is reaaaal slow at flushing. It really takes away from what would otherwise be a perfect coffeeshop experience. You don't really want to eat and drink somewhere were everyone in the coffeeshop, staff included, is using this gross bathroom. Other than that, I definitely recommend this place. I say this with the best of intentions - please give the bathroom a good ol' deep clean guys, I love coming here!

Love the drinks and outdoor seating for summer. Great service and affordable. Their lattes are good, their chai not so much (even though they make it in house so I had higher expectations). But still a good spot I’ll be returning to.
Great vibe, great coffee, great pastries, great staff. Everyone is always super friendly and everything is always super delicious. It’s a great place to meet up with friends, get some work done, or just relax. Definitely my go to coffee shop!

I come here all the time and love it. One of my favorite spots in the city. The employees are great, the atmosphere is lovely, and the coffee kills. I’ll never not be a customer here.
Absolutely fantastic. Love the house made syrup lattes. I’ve had a couple pastries which are delicious. People are friendly and helpful. They play records and allow dogs! There’s a small amount of indoor seating and outdoor seating. I would come here daily if I lived closer!!
The barista was so so nice and kind. The cafe is very clean! My latte tasted so creamy and delicious! I came to chill and read my book. Definitely a comfortable and chill place! Would love to work here <3
