Just wow! This burger blew me away. Substantial, with prime beef taste…the aioli really brought out the flavor. Side salad with house made dressing, the rosemary croutons..I just want to order a box of them. Fun local place with cool events, and cool staff. This photo is a take out box, and still looked amazing.
I’ve been coming to rewired since they first opened. We loved the slices, the staff, and the cocktails & boozy coffees. Their slices were SO good. Almost NY style. But the quality of the pizza has really changed unfortunately. The dough is very thick and the pepperoni they’ using now isn’t very pleasant. I really hope they go back to the original recipe because I miss grabbing a slice from them!
Overall a pretty average place. Not bad, but not a place I’d seek out. I like that it’s close, however the 3 hours of loud live music they do sometimes gets pretty maddening when you live right by the place, especially if trying to do professional zoom calls. My partner and I did sit outside once last summer and enjoyed 2 drinks (slowly paced of course!) and were going to order a 3rd but were rushed by our waitress into taking the check. Not all of the outside tables were taken so it wasn’t due to lack of seating for other customers. I know the owner cares a lot about the place and drawing in customers so I appreciate that and think that’s cool!
I liked this place. I order often and I’ve dined in a few times. But this is crazy lol. Completely unacceptable. What is this?? It tasted like cold chuck E Cheese pizza with dollar store canned pineapple slices and ham added on. AFTER the pizza was made. It wasn’t Hawaiian pizza. It was cheese pizza with those toppings added. It looks like pizza from a toddlers kitchen play set. I see other reviews stating that the pizza was toppings were just sprinkled on after the fact. So you’re aware!
This is a wonderful neighborhood gem with a truly caring owner who is always thinking of fresh new ways to engage with the community, create unique experiences, and make delicious Food. I eat here almost every week and have always loved every meal. Actually, sometimes I eat an entire pizza. It's that good. And fabulous drinks! Check out tequila Tuesdays, too! We love Rewired!
A north side gem! The coffee and cocktails are delicious, they have a great happy (half-off all appetizers with specials as well), and the buffalo cauliflower is fire! The ambience is great for work or play and the staff is super friendly. Rewired has many board games and holds weekly events & specials.
When I moved to the neighborhood in July this place was AMAZING! Great food, great service, great atmosphere. I don’t know what happened after they closed after Christmas for a few days, but it’s changed. The food quality is still there. What happened to the service? I’ve never encountered a place where the food was so good, but it takes FOREVER to get it. 15 min for a latte. 35 min for fries.I want to still LOVE this place the way I did my first visit. I hope I can come back and change/delete this and replace it with a positive review in the future.
A hidden gem that draws people in. I have yet to have a bad experience here and EVERYTHING I've had on the menu has truly been amazing. Great place for happy hour and sharing bites with friends so I've sampled a lot of the menu. Their mushroom pizza is one of the best pizzas I've had in my life and all of their appetizers are perfect. There is something for everyone whether you are a meat lover or a vegan, or you need a coffee, an ice cold cocktail, or want some warm mulled wine.
I come here almost every Monday night for trivia. Food is solid, service is wonderful, and atmosphere is everything you're looking for in a city cafe-bar. Daniel has done a phenomenal job taking this space to the next level and I always recommend!
Fantastic space! Lovely ambience (they had balloon animals on each table and brought out candles for each table at dusk), not too crowded, and great selection of coffees, cocktails, and appetizers (the avocado fries were delicious). Would definitely recommend!
