Prices on their website are incorrect. They charge 3 to $5 more than what's listed on their own menu. It seems like a scam plus customer services in great They get your orders wrong sometime and food isn't always the best.
Terrible customer service, unsanitary food handling practices and just a hot mess all the way around. The staff don’t know how to greet customers properly and they are too busy eating, drinking and Face Timing friends in front of customers. They are constantly touching their phones, hair and other personal items while handling peoples food. They also don’t wear hair nets! Completely disgusting!!!!! Management/owners need to work on properly training their staff!
The beef tacos are old and hard. The fish and chicken are way to salty and the prices are inflated.When you complain about the food they just look at you like a nut.Black people are the only ones who patronize them and they treat us like dirt!!
I got some chicken for my whole family a 20 peice. It was all spoiled. We all got salmonella poisoning from the chicken. I won’t go there again.
Grilled chicken Salad could’ve been a lot better. . Huge pieces of pepper and tomatoes. And huge blocks of those sliced Kraft single cheese. Cheese looks like it was melted from the chicken and then blocked up from when I had it in the fridge. Go get shredded cheese or something
They STILL SUCK. No masks by the way. I wouldn't be back. I ordered a large catfish nuggets what I received was catfish CRUMBS. That was consistent of the whole order!! 4/15/22. I couldn't eat it.
Gas is at a high and these ppl will serve u this n let u ride all the way home and expect u to ride all the way back for a refund the worse make them show u your order b4 you leave the store they will play you
It's unfortunate to have a restaurant like this taking up space in Hyde Park where other restaurants with higher standards would flourish. I've ordered from here 3x and all of them have resulted in a negative experience in one way or another, at this point I blame myself for expecting anything different that 3rd time. Not inly was the food mediocre at best, the service was an embarrassment. I ordered for pick up and that it would be ready in 15m. I showed up 30min after I ordered and while standing in line behind 4 other people all of them looking annoyed, the cashiers girls are laughing and playing around with another customer for 4min. Finally I ask how much longer until my food is ready, it' been 35min and they looked at me as though thy had no idea what I was talking about. I gave them my name and order number and then they began looking around only to find that my food had been sitting RIGHT INFRONT OF THEM for 15min-20min, while they were joking and flirting with another customer. I don't have high expectations of professionalism from high school girls but they definitely need a manager in there to make sure that the job is actually being done and that customers aren't treated as though they are asking for an inconvenient favor when thy order their food.
The only reason I gave them one star is the cashier was very nice!! This is the second time I patronized this restaurant and the food was disgusting. The first time I patronized here, it was disgusting but it was months ago and due to the bad weather and it was near my home...I stopped by hoping for a better experience . Before I ordered I told the cashier about the bad experience I had and to ask the cook to please cook my food fresh because the last time it was so disgusting I threw it away. This is suppose to be catfish and it’s clearly old af...no good. Why would you sell this to someone ? $22 and now I have to drive back out during a snow storm & bad weather conditions. I don’t even want new order...I just want a refund. I will never patronize them again!!
I love the food wonderful and fresh. Cashiers very polite and cares about the customers satisfaction. Only negative is The food is a lil bit pricey
