Bought 2 packs of Butter Mamon. Shared it with family and friends. Lo and behold, all of it has molds on it! I came all the way from Michigan. I could have brought it back to the store if I am from Chicago. Opened it next day, has 6/13 on it’s wrapper, expiration date I suppose. Not even expired yet!Reading some of the reviews, looks like this problem has been going on for a long time… no one has ever corrected this at all???
Love this place. Although prices went up I hope to see the portion size stay the same. Customer service is best here
Une cake is very sweet and not much ube flavor. Breads are good, but they are more like cake.

Quality of products severely slashed - I don’t mind paying a little more for a few more pieces of mangoes on the mango cake or more cream in the Brazo. Their prices have increased while decreasing ingredients that made their cakes outstanding before. Very sad.
I come here for the Mango supreme dedication cake. I’m always in and out and we always love the cake. Had no problems here.
Bought 6 pack of Ube mammon. All of them were moldy? You can see they tried to cover old expiration date from 07/04 to 07/14.
I bought mamon Friday in chicago and the expiration date is 7/22/21 but when I open it on Monday it has mold on it i tried to called they said I have to bring it back explained to them that I am from out of town and he said I should have check on it told him should not need to check since expiration is 7/22/21.

I had ordered one serving of palabok as soon as I got it was in a plastic Bag so I tied it up and left and it was about a 45 min drive since I’m out in the suburbs when I got home untied the bag and open the box a fly flew out I was disgusted and shocked how did I fly get in there? Red ribbon explain how you manage to give a customer food with a fly inside the container?!?
