I cannot say enough good things about Que Rico! If you haven't already stopped by to try, you definitely need to check it out! The food was delicious!! The jibaritos were very tasty, but the arroz con habichuelas were outstanding! I never had them and only tried them because they had run out of arroz con gandules for the day. This picture doesn't do it justice as the habichuelas were served on the side, but we were so hungry we started to eat before I realized I didn't include them in my picture. The portions were generous and service was great, I cannot wait to go back and try other dishes.

well I'm always going from Southside to Northside always looking for Authentic Puerto Rican food. I Must Say This TOPS All them Stands or Restaurants on Northside first Sit Down. OMG ? the Alcapurias juicy mmmm then I tried the Papa Relleno soft fresh tasty delicious ? mouthwatering yummy then I ordered the Monfongo with Bistec off the Chain arroz con gandules ? Still a pretty new spot at the time I’m reviewing it’s at a 3.9 rating so let’s change that! I 1st ate here about a month ago and let me just say this The south side been missing out on PR food and thank God for this spot because honestly it’s even better than some of the spots that been around for years on the north side but hands down this is definitely the best PR place on the south side with reasonable prices and nice ppl I ordered over the phone and the lady was honestly the best very Patient with taking my order! (Thank you!) the food was amazing honestly wasn’t expecting it to be that good but passed my expectations so again thank you! Only thing I was missing that I didn’t ask for is minced garlic for my Tostones other than that all the food was perfect ? loved it! Will be going back for more! And will be telling my friends & family!

I've liked everything that I have had so far

Very Friendly Staff, music was good decor was beautiful for the potions we were severed the price was good. Their Pastelillos were delicious, Arroz con Gandules was also very good and Lechon was juicy all in all we left there with our bellies full and a smile on our face

Had to come in and see what the fuss was about. Ordered a arroz con gandules con pollochón and it was great. The jibarito was also great. Great food. Will be back soon?

The Arroz con gandules is delicious 5/5! Tostones 5/5, papa rellena 3/5 not so flavorful/Needs more color and it was just soggy not crispy at all. The fried meat 5/5 but the most I was disappointed in was the bacalaitos, they looked like pancakes and they had such a weird color and just flat out oily and soggy. It wasn't to my liking seeing the oil just drip out like that. I was so happy to spot a Puerto Rican restaurant in the area while the food is mediocre at best. Had my heart set on the food but it was a let down for me unfortunately.

Good service and the Pork Chops were so good…

Second time visiting this spot and they do not disappoint. Not only is the food delicious but the service is great!

I really hoped this would be good so I wouldn't have to Travel all the way to the north side But Instead I'm disappointed and for the price I feel like I got robbed I ordered the lechon and monfongo. The lechon was dry and flavorless, rubbery taste as if it were reheated (Im puertorican I know) and the monfongo was the weirdest looking grady/oily and overcooked platanos. It looked as if they graded the platano like a block of cheese instead of using a pilón.
