didn't really like the food and they didn't have so many options available and also very long wait time
I'm East African and Qaato is by far the best Nigerian restaurant in Chicago.
I enjoyed the food. It was abit spicy though. But overall it was great
Very rude and poor customer service! The staff need to go back to school and learn business etiquette! Very poor and rude phone conversations!
Went to order 2 $8 dollar dishes and was told it would be $30. When asked why was it different from the website, the woman taking orders claimed to not be familiar with the website pricing. When I showed her the menu price she continue to say $30.I fully support black businesses all over the diaspora, but I will not support deception. I would have paid $15 a plate if it was listed that price on the website and she did not respond with the lack of professionalism. Please consider the bad impression you left this potential FIRST TIME customer.Very sad to have witness such shadiness
The Ewedu(slimy vegetable) and assorted meat couldn't be better.
Good food always. Customer service ??????
The food and service was everything I expected with a taste of my home.
They messed up my order completely. Ordered 2 jollof rice chicken dinners. Got 1 pan of white rice instead and received 1 pan of chicken. Also ordered Okra stew with fufu and got something else I didn’t order. Very disappointing. Check your order before you pull off (if you care to go at all). ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️
Food is delicious. Takes a while to prepare and I'm never quite sure what the price is of each item, but I will continue to frequent this place because the food is good.
