Food was good, a little simple but good. I only give it 4 stars cause we waited for 30 minutes to get our food . The order to go were coming out faster then ours.??‍♀️

I love this place! It is a more upscale version of a hole in the wall Hispanic restaurant. The staff is friendly and the food is fantastic, although I would recommend ordering ahead as the wait can be pretty long when ordering at the register. Everything always tastes great and is good quality. It brings a nice variety and uniqueness to the area!

Pupusas made vegan! Food is fresh and made to order. They have a variety for pupuas and you can make your own combination of ingredients. To make mine vegan I ordered loroco, frijoles and jalapeño combo. Hubby ordered traditional pupusas. We dined in and waited a bit, but they were pretty busy. I noticed every table got chips and salsa except us, not sure if everyone just happened to order it though (I didn’t ask for it, just an observation). Also, I had to ask for the salsa de tomate and the curtido, which is standard with pupusas. Located in somewhat of a busy street and only has street parking.

Food was great, first time trying back a few months ago. I got pupusas, they were super fresh and hot. The slaw was very acidic and cut through everything nicely. Will be back again.

Love this little place. It is a storefront, but it is cute and cozy. The menu has a lot of variety, and over the years we've tried a lot. Any of the papusas are delicious. Their horchata is some of the most cinnamony we've ever tasted, and their atole is phenomenal, and we're always sad when it's out of season. Everything we've had was so awesome. For dessert, my favorite is the sweet plantains with condensed milk over top. If you're looking for a delicious meal, go here. It is made to order, so it may take like 20 minutes, but worth it!! So glad we are not that far!!

The food is good, but be prepared to wait 2 hours for take out of 10 pupusas. I called in was told it would be ready in an hour and it turned into 2 hours .

This tiny place is easy to miss. But if you find your way in you will be very happy you did!I fell in love with El Salvadorian food after I visited the country a few years ago. This place may not be fancy but the food is delicious, homemade and freshly prepared!HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Cashier was super sweet and friendly. Great customer service and the food was phenomenal. This is definitely a place you will go and wait because the food is fresh, made on the spot. Wait time is usually 20-30min because they are always busy.Best Salvadorian food in Chicago area. 10/10

Ordered for delivery and it’s just really delicious, simple and for a really great price! Will definitely make it a usual spot ❤️

The food is delicious! One of our go-to places in the neighborhood for takeout. Highly recommended ordering your food at least 20-30 min before pick-up, the pupusas take a bit longer to make, but definitely worth it!Highly recommend!
