Professor Pizza

Ordered the cracker thin (tavern cut) supreme and was so surprised at the quality of the ingredients. The toppings were of very high quality and plentiful. Mushrooms were amazing. Was looking for a Barnaby's replacement and this place definitely out does it for that style. I'll be back to try more!Kind of a weird pickup situation but you have to go into the Humboldt park eatery.

Sooooo I don't often try new pizza but came across Professor Pizza during my delivery. Came back and ordered a "Chicago Cracker Thin" which I already love the name. Kept it real simple with red sauce and cheese for my 1st pie. Freaking fantastic!!! Cheese is perfectly browned and not sopping with grease ha. Red sauce is hearty with just a hint of sweetness. I need another review for crust but to be short it's Crispy, light and airy but not flimsy. No easy feat. Thanks a lot Tony I will be back! Maybe tomorrow ?.

Best pizza in the city - absolutely love the spinach and artichoke. Ordering and pick-up is easy. Love that they do grandma style pies as well (hard to come by in the Midwest). Definitely check these guys out!

Anthony (Professor Pizza) is a legend in the making. This is as good as pizza is ever going to get. I Indulge in an entire pie myself with no shame. You won’t feel sloppy after because every ingredient is top shelf. The dough… unmatched.

My first Professor Pizza tonight and woah!!! It was amazing! The lightest crispiest crust! Perfectly cooked pepperoni (and lots of it). Lay on that sauce. Hint of sweetness from the hot honey. Run don’t walk!

Not your average pizza. So much thought, love and attention to detail put into these pies. INCREDIBLE stuff that the whole city needs to try!

Best pizza in chicago hands down. My favorite is the mushroom leek but everything else is good too. I order a pizza every week. Huge portion great deal. You can tell that the chef really cares about his product just by the taste and the mushrooms he uses. None of the mushrooms are from cans like other pizza joints. Definitely has become my go to for pizza and definitely in my rotation for food weekly. They also offer delivery now too which is super dope.
