We tried Pretty Cool Ice Cream Shop this afternoon and was very disappointed. I ordered the Dreamsicle, it didn’t have hardly any orange taste at all, it’s dipped in a skimpy orange shell coating. My friend ordered a basic chocolate ice cream bar and she told me that it didn’t even taste like ice cream. When your charged $5.75 each they should be head and shoulders above the rest.The reason I wanted to go there in the first place they had ice cream in what appeared to be a sugar cone of some kind on their website. There wasn’t any ice cream at all, I even asked the counter girl. What I did like about Pretty Cool it has good A/C and the bathrooms are clean. There’s a water fountain near the bathrooms. It has a strange layout like your in a day care center.

Tried the the orange creamsicle and double chocolate ice cream bars. They were delicious ! Super high quality ice cream and rich flavors. Definitely will return!
Pretty cool, pretty amazingly flavored, but pretty pricey. Paid $27 for four pops. So delicious though and will still go back.My favorite is the orange dreamsicle, and my partner's favorite is the chocolate potato chip. Today I also bought a lavender latte seasonal pop, which had real donut on there as well, it was so damn good! I also got the key lime pie popsicle to go, and ate that one is well. The graham cracker crust on it is sublime.

While I've had Pretty Cool Ice Cream bars before, this was my first time visiting the shop itself. There were so many fun flavors and the staff was really nice about giving us suggestions. I ADORED the horchata bar and loved the seasonal flavors as well. It's a little pricey, but such a fun atmosphere.
My favorite unique and locally made ice cream. Their flavors are rich and the atmosphere is very fun! I take someone new here every time! Out-of-towners a must visit!
I am not an ice cream person. But this place has changed my life. They had the most delicious ice cream bar I've ever had in my 28 years of life. They have so many flavors to choose from, too, that you'll have to come back over and over again to try them all. Which you'll want to do anyway because it is DELICIOUS. Cute shop too with nice staff.
