Used a coupon, owner did not like it. Got home and found 2small pieces of chicken and a cup of gravy. No mashed potatoes!
This was the 2nd Popeyes of the evening looking for 13 piece dark. Luckily they had some. The service was great.
Good food but some things have been changed off the menu.
Although it was later in the evening, the chicken was fresh and the fries were crispy. Cole slaw was also fresh and delicious.
Missing items from my order and also completely wrong there were 4 nuggets in my 8 piece yesterday I didn’t even receive the large Mac or my frozen lemonade
I saw Popeye’s ad on TV for their new Buffalo Chicken Sandwich so I decided to go to the Popeye’s at Fullerton & Damen, I ordered the sandwich combo and ate there. I thought it was good, I like the sauce and the fries were good too. The counter person was good at his job and I had my sandwich in a few minutes. I think I would go back to their original chicken sandwich rather than the buffalo chicken sandwich.
The flounder fish sandwiches were made when ordered. I appreciated that. The nuggets were not as fresh. This was my 1st time at this location. We were passing by and decided to stop. They only had one person running the drive-thru, which resulted in a wait. As I was waiting 8 minutes for the fish sandwiches, I wanted to order something else but they kept saying wait. I informed one of them that I wanted to add to my order, which is when they stated for me to wait a moment because the other person wa taking an order. I then said politely that I wanted to add in since I have a wait...thinking hey just get this food item started and then when they're done helping the other customer, you can add it to my total... but not everyone does things that would be easier... I ended up throwing away the nuggets as they tasted like they'd been sitting in oil and they weren't made fresh at all.
Was finally able to get a plain chicken sandwich but the red beans and rice was the consistency of dog food.
place was dirty,and so darn hot,inside temp was at flng 95 degrees ! i could not even enjoy the food,management too cheap to turn ac on?
You guys close at 1 am. I pulled up at 12:30 and the manager was closing the register and counting money up and did not want to take our order. I worked in the fast food industry for a long time and I understand people want to get out of there and go home but if you’re time to go close is 1 am, the you should STILL be taking orders up until that time. Very disappointed. March 12.
