experienced them a few times and was ok. today ordered 80 bucks worth of food and it was disgusting!!! waaay too salty!!! everything we ordered was salty!! alcapurrias, relleno de papas, pastels, overcooked $18 monfongo, jibaritos man, so disappointing. we had to throw it out!! and it was a birthday dinner for someone smdh, y'all lost a customer today. $80!!!!!!!

Loved the food amazing place but I really want to give props to a waitress named Mariana she took care of us and 9 more tables all on her own she did great very friendly and courteous. I 100% recommend this place, we know every place is understaffed so if you want to have an amazing meal I would definitely stop in.
the reality our family loves to go to ponce restaurant but last saturday we went and it was the worst day the customer service was with bad attitudes and the food is not so bad but the organization to deliver tables is terrible it is the 2nd time that we It happens we end up leaving the place with other families I hope they can improve the customer service to be able to go with peace of mind and enjoy the place as it should

La comida esta muy buena pero las personas que atienden son muy poco amables hay estuve hay con mis hijos y sen ti que no fueron respetuosos ni amables le pedi a una que sirve un plato para llevar y me ignoro apesar de todo que fuy muy amable con ellos los trate muy vien y aste le dejamos propina y ni les importaba eso habla muy mal de las personas que sirven la comida viaje desde milwaukee especial mente para ir a comer hay i no fue muy acojedor no se lo recomendaria a mis amigos ni fsmiliares para que no pasen lo que pasamos nosotros
