I was there with friends last weekend and i must say…service was exceptional. There was a long line but it went fast. The staff communicated the wait and they were friendly and accommodating. Chicken was on point! Tasty, delicious and hot. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our day.
The service here was horrible the staff is full of attitude and can’t admit when they are wrong.Me and my wife went in for some food and were told to sit at table B. We watched our food get plated and one of the ladies (heavier set lady) behind the counter grabbed our food and took it to the wrong table, while she carried the food past us I tried to grab her attention to let her know it was our food. The lady then waived me off and continued to take the food to the wrong table. While walking back my wife tried to catch her attention by saying she had a question. Once again we were waived off, and she went on back to the counter. Funny thing is the table the food ended up WASN’T even done ordering yet. The male worker that was there then came to grab the food to bring it over and told us we were at the wrong table when the tables are MARKED WITH THE LETTER OF THE TABLE ON IT. At no point did they say it was their fault and instead pushed all the blame onto us. Terrible Service
He is supposed to be the manager in the restaurant but this guy is rude with customers, he makes you feel like you’re not paying for your food with his attitude. Treat you without respect and don’t care about your order at all. I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody.
Great food but I wish they tell you that if you dont pay over the phone they don't get ready your order.
Very very bad service and very dirty. Is always crowded and they have 2 register and 1 employees using what they need is new management. This problem haven't change since the 1st day I went to the restaurant. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. NEVER GOING BAD AND U GUYS NEVER PAID ME MY MONEY BACK WHEN I MADE A ORDER. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO EAT THERE. NASTY
Chicken was good, tasted like the one back home. The restaurant was a bit dirty and servers were a bit slow to clear and clean tables, run food, etc.
free range chicken is the most expensive in all of chicago but there was a chicken special that was not so cheap but I bought it nothing to do with free range chicken an totally changed mind the recipe tasted more like Pakistani chicken the flavor felt the species.
It's already the second time this has happened where we order a certain plate and it ends up missing chicken, we pay fairly for our meal to be complete not for them to serve us less. Over all the chicken is good but they just need to better their services here cause most people don't really check if they have less because they're trusted that they serve you right.

We bought more than 200 pieces of chicken and half of it came out super burned, it seemed reheated from a day before, the claim was made with Yessica from the morning shift and she said that it was her word with mine even showing her evidence photos and she took everything.disgusting person, not friendly at all and did not even apologize.
