I ordered the combination Pho for delivery. The noodles were cooked right, the meat and tendons were tender but not over cooked. The flavor of the broth was good but I’ve had better. My two main complaints are that the food was cold and not enough broth. I usually order delivery from another place and they pack the noodles, meat, sprouts and herbs separately from the broth. They give me a whole container of just the broth without the meat and that way it’s the perfect broth, noodles and meat ratio.
Just okay for my Vietnamese noodles standard. Nothing stand out here at all. I'm comparing this restaurant to TANK KITCHEN on Irving park. Over there is a little pricey but quality is top notch. Pho No.1 is cheap eat really but quality is not there. Chicken wings here is the worst thing ever. Many ways to cook frozen wings to came out good. Not just a deep fried and tossed the sauce.Brewery is a joke in the industry. Either they never out to eat another restaurant or no cooking skills at all.
Aliayah was our knowledgeable, friendly host and server for our first visit to this brand-new Pho (the National Dish of Vietnam) and Brew restaurant. She let me taste my Hazy IPA choice, and also let me sample a house-brewed offering before pouring me a pint. Our party of 4 had fresh Spring rolls, and several different different versions of Pho soup, served in giant steaming bowls. Everything was fresh and delicious. Yum! Parking in the neighborhood can be a little tight, but at 6pm, we all found space in the North side of Belmont! The original Pho #1 is on Lawrence and I can't wait to try it ???
I went there with my fiancé last Sunday and the food was really good. I had the special combination beef pho and my fiancé had the beef and flank pho. We also ordered the caramelized fish sauce wings. For the price, you get a pretty decent size bowl of pho. It may look like it wouldn’t fill you up but my fiancé and I couldn’t finish the soup and he usually finishes everything and then some. The price of the wings on the other hand is a bit pricey. You get 6 pieces with rice and some pickled carrots and cabbage. The flavor choices are interesting and I wanted to try the caramelized fish sauce wings because I love savory things and it was delicious. The waitress was attentive and respectfully had her mask up whenever she came over to check on us.I live walking distance from this place and been in the neighborhood long enough to see a few bars and a soda fountain shop come and go at this location. This place is a nice change and I hope it sticks around. We will definitely go back to try other items on the menu and when their craft beers are ready.
The pho was pretty solid! Actually better than some places on Argyle. Their menu is small but I’m assuming it’s because they are just starting out. I got the combination pho that had all the goodies. The broth was perfect and the meat was good, especially loved all the tender tripe and tendon pieces. Will have to come back and try some of their other dishes. Glad to see another Vietnamese joint on this side of town.
Absolutely delicious! My husband and I ordered quite a few dishes from here. Each taste great. The portions are good, especially the pho. Beautiful atmosphere as well. So glad this is in our neighborhood!
The Chicken Pho is delicious, just like at the original location on Lawrence Ave. The broth in sweet and has a hint of Cinnamon and comes to your table piping hot. There are ample chunks of Chicken that are tender and flavorful.The Spring rolls are a bit loose, but tasty. The accompanying sauce had the perfect mixture of peanut butter and Hoisin was spot on.All in all, great Pho place and worth a stop!

I'm glad I finally tried this new restaurant! Not only is the food great, but the portions and prices are very reasonable. I would come back again in the near future. It is also nice to walk to when the weather gets warmer.
Finally this place is open for business. Perfect spot for pho!! Very clean and spacious. Pho is delicious. Good portion. Service is excellent.
