I went to Philly's Best in 2012. 10 years ago. I got a pizza and wings. When I tell you I have been thinking about these wings as the standard of incredible wings for the past TEN YEARS, I'm not exaggerating. I'm moving to Chicago in September, and can't wait to make this place a regular stop.

I went here last night, the order taker was so rude, she looked like she don’t want to be there with an angry face. She was rolling her eyes while taking the order. I ordered the Philly sandwich, the bread was burned, when I asked for extra toasted, crumbling and smooshed. I think a new name would suit them best, It should be called worst Philly sandwich!!!! Never again!!!
When I tell you I have been coming to Philly's Best since high school, and about to be 52 am not impressed or happy, twice I ordered sandwiches for my family spending more than $50 each time and last week again our sandwiches was dry as hell, that's not what we grow up on, I called and asked if they change the recipe and the supervisor Cindy told me yes people were complaining about it being to greasy but if you want the sauce on the side you will have to ask, I told her what happened she apologized that happened and said she can offer me a free sandwich the next time I place a order she will leave my name and husband's name and the next time we order we can get the free sandwich, of course today I called to place a order and inform them of my free sandwich and NOPE nothing left about us getting a free sandwich. Bye Philly's Best it's been nice for the last 30 + years we have to move onWhen I tell you the owner of Philly's Best Mike reached out to me today 4/8 I was very pleased he showed genuine concern. The manager Stephen fixed our order personally and it was like we always remembered the best taste ever. We are staying thanks guys!!
It was ok..I liked their pizza better than their Philly cheese steak.but the sandwich was huge and the slice was tasty.
Been eating here for years, but the last couple times its been really bad. The Philly was soggy mush you couldn't hold, and liquid poured out on the table as I unwrapped it. The wings were soggy and tasted like they'd been under a homeless man's arm. The cookie was hard, tasteless floury dust with literally one chocolate chip. Ordered delivery tonight because I hurt myself and have trouble walking. The delivery guy called me and said he was downstairs at the door, he wasn't, he was still in his car. The second time he was and I buzzed him in, but he dropped the food in the lobby downstairs. $4 delivery plus tip. Why call it delivery? Zero pride taken from top to bottom. I told my buddy I was getting Philly's Best for "national cheese steak day", should have gone with Steakuum. Won't be ordering from them again.
There was a fire on Belmont that prevented me from going to Taco Bell. This was a sign from god that I should go to Philly’s Best. I had the standard cheesesteak. When I opened it I was like hmmm ok doesn’t look that great but it tasted DIVINE. Thank you guys I will be back!

Great cheesesteak. Wayyy too many mushroom but not complaining. Get the mozzarella cheese with it. Decent customer service. Pizzas looked good. Will try again.
Pizza so good. They got deep dish too. Imagine if I lived close by there. I'll get myself a gyro, fym. Lol.
