The pub itself is nice, the bartender we had was non existant, she would serve us drinks and then dissappear , where? Who knows, there was hardly any people there, she was just talking to this guy the whole time, we didnt care about her talking to anyone, but hey at least check on customers once in a while, i still give this place a secone chance maybe
Great bar down by UIC. Staff is fantastic, they don't have food but can bring in/order from the restaurants around
This was literally one of the worst happy hour experiences I have ever had. The bar tender was rude to start but I just assumed she was having a bad day. Then when I tried to tell her that she undercharged me, she called me a c~nt and said "Are you still talking? No one cares!" I still tipped $5 on a $4 tab. Never going back.
The people working here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. After 20+ years in the service industry, I have a lot of empathy for what servers and bartenders go through. But I can also tell when some one is just plain bad at their job. This is the hospitality industry. I don't expect to be treated like I'm special, but I don't need a side of profanity and verbal abuse with my tequila shot. Never again.
Great music! Great drinks and bartenders!
I love this place!! From the servers to the drinks, and always a nice crowd. Alexis the bartender is a sweetheart !..they have Giant Jenga or you can watch sports choose your own music on the boom boombox. Can't wait to go during summer and enjoy their patio.
Loved it a chill spot bartender was grate
Nicest people ever and open on Christmas. If you like hanging out at chill bars check them out 10/10
The place is outstanding. The beer is cold, the drinks are mixed. But that one bartender Joe? He's top notch. If you come across him, tell him Crazy Jake sent you.
Came for darts. Dartboard only took quarters and they wouldn't give me quarters in exchange for cash. Kinds just seemed like they didn't want us there. Was buying drinks and tipping well. I wouldn't recommend coming here expecting to actually play the games they advertise.
