They had advertisement for lavender muffins but someone forgot to take the sign down cause that flavor is seasonal. ??Scones were ok. Cranberry pistachio delicious! Iced brown sugar matcha awesome!! Workers very friendly. There is a coded bathroom. Really glad they have one for customers. Appreciate that, hard to walk around in Chicago amd you're not sure where you can find a restroom!

Love their coffee and great customer services most of the time. Their beans are fresh and it's one of our favorite at all time.Their pastries are great too but we normally just grab and go for drinks only.Don't forget their new reward system to earn free drinks.Trying out the Brazil light roast, with a free cup of Joe. Love it!
Went there again after 5 years and I still like their coffee. They have rearranged their interior a bit but taste of coffee still remains the best.
I am a fan of Peet's coffee, and get the beans to grind fresh at home. However, the black coffee I had tasted like hot water and my son left his cappuccino after a couple of sips. Disappointing
Nice location, barista made our coffee perfect, but 3 stars because of the very rude attitude from a lady who was cleaning the tables..

If you are from San Francisco you'll find it interesting and ironic that there is a Peets, a Ghirardelli and a Walgreens all in a landmark Chicago building. But hey, it beats Starbucks.
When I visited in chicago, they have POS trouble issues. They gave us free coffee. It was special and expensive coffee.
