Just picked up some summer sausage, salami, salami sticks and smoked andouille sausage. I love this place. The fresh meat is amazing, I've never been led astray here.
Meat quality is good but prices are insane. $90 for a 5.4 lb choice brisket. Go to wild fork it’s cheaper and better
I used to be a fan of this place but today changed that. I waited 30 minutes to order a sandwich… when it was my turn to order the guy said the sandwich counter was closed literally 2 minutes after a few other people ordered one. I brought up that I’d been waiting 30+ min and the people right before me were served and his response was unprofessional, rude, and short. If your time is valuable to you, don’t go here. Never going here again. Overpriced and waste of time. ?
Stopped by today. Had one of the best porterhouse steaks ever! Everything else we purchased as well is awesome! As well as great service!
Guys, Be careful they charge me 96 dollars before tax for 6 pound brisket check the receipt. I Don’t recommend for foreigners with different accent. It too shame to do this.
Do you want the best of everything meats? Go here. Get all of the cuts, get wagyu jerky, get one of 20 brats, then get yourself a sandwich that puts the chains to shame. Just remember to grab your number from the pig when you walk in.

First time seeing, wide range of choices, including meats/cuts I recall from old time butcher shops. Also, great service from workers obviously proud of place.
Old school neighborhood butcher shop. Very good quality and great meat and sausage selection but prepare yourself for high prices $$$ - paying for quality and custom orders but still a bit shocking... makes the tab at downtown steak houses make sense.
Litterally locked the door in my face at 5:58pm. The manager said "no" and chopped at his neck. Rang up last woman, let her out, and confirmed wouldn't let me in (I thought for sure I was mistaken). They clearly have so much business that they don't need mine, or my block party, or referrals. They've been rude before, but this takes the cake.
