If you are looking for a moist, fresh, and melt in your mouth cake, then this place is the one. I only by cakes from here for the very best special people in my life. The cake flavors i have had from here have been outstanding.
There cakes are good but girls that work there definitely have an attitude. They mess up your order and act like it's your fault even though you explained several times the simple order.
Bad customer service. No acknowledgment when you walk in. You feel like you’re bothering the staff.When I ordered over the phone, I mentioned I had researched pineapple coconut cakes and saw their cake online. I also mentioned that I was looking for that specific cake for my husband that loves coconut!They never mentioned that the coconut shavings would not be added to the cake if they wrote happy birthday and added sprinkles. I would have not added any decorations if that would have been explained.My cake was white with some blue trim, happy birthday and some music notes and sprinkles on top. The sides of the cake are white??♀️. Anyway took the cake and left.Bad first and last experience.

Service is quick for the most part, and friendly. I absolutely LOVE their cakes. I wish they had more readily available flavors, but considering the quality and the fact that its a small shop I get why it's like that.
Just bought 4 pieces of cake. My office loved it. I stopped to meet with owner but not there. However, I liked the cakes and I will definitely keep them in mind for future birthdays, holidays etc.
I went in there today to try placing an order for a birthday cake & a young man was being rude. I had questions about prices and styles and the way he was answering me, in an annoyed manner saying “the price is x I already told you”, completely discouraged me from giving them my business. It’s a shame that such a nice looking bakery has unprofessional employees that seem to not like their job
Had a bad experience. I was just trying to place an order for my sons birthday. The lady there was rude. I walked in while she was cleaning and she saw me and “signed” and rolled her eyes. She Said they didn’t do custom designs. Whatever was in the book that was it. And the whole time she had headphones in her ears. She probably didn’t even hear me correctly. So I just left.Won’t be going back.
