I usually get a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich; ONE sandwich looks like it uses 4 slices of tomato-basil bread. It seems like 2 sandwiches. All sandwiches come w choice of chips,fruit. Online order pickup is convenient; my orders are always ready/waiting at time I choose. If u're a Member u often get some type of freebie. Last time, they gave me a chocolate filled croissant. It was delicious, as are most bakery items here.
My to go study place, Panera bread is the best! You can buy a cup and refill it as much as you want ;).

My wife and I went to Panera on a chilly Sunday afternoon. After going to the kiosk, we were not given a receipt. We ordered 2 hot chocolates and a bagel. Only because what seemed like half of the items were sold out.When we got our order they changed our name to just the initial of our name, very confusing. The bagel was good. But the hot chocolates were extremely watered down. Very disappointing, makes me wonder if I will return here again.
This location was oddly busier than usual and it took a very long time to get our food. Once our food was ready, what we received wasn't how our food was supposed to look. Apparently, they didn't have the bread or any avocado for our sandwich, initially, which we weren't informed of when ordering. Once we inquired about the food it was remade with the correct bread and with avocado. Usually we don't have a problem with our food here but this instance was a bit odd.
>> **Update** I previously gave this branch a 2 star review, but I noticed improvements upon my return today after making a complaint to Panera directly and will raise to 3 stars for the time being. I received both a prompt response and a complementary baked good (which I was neither expecting nor requiring). I appreciate their swift reply, I have noticed the music volume has been turned down to an appropriate level, and the tables were actually wiped down this time, a rare occurrence as of late. The younger staff (possibly high school age?) are still quite unprofessional (noisy, talking/gossiping in the bathroom, attitude etc), but this can be fixed with training. As a former business owner, I am happy to recognize the company's great customer service despite some unprofessionalism at a particular branch, and I hope the staff at this branch continue to maintain a pleasant environment for their patrons. This Panera is awful! I have had many problems here and have tried to give them another chance more than once. I’ve had to wait 15+ minutes at the counter right in front of the cook for food that never came to be accused of already getting my food, served frozen Mac and cheese, gotten wrong items and flippant remarks from the manager. Today I waited 11 minutes for curbside after the app said it was ready. That is excessive. I have removed the Panera app from my phone and will NEVER eat there again.
The lady who took our order was pleasant and helpful but she got our order wrong and this was my first time taking my daughter. We didnt want to re-order because of the wait time. Hopefully it will be better next time.
Ordered online a coffee and muffin for pick up inside and manager said I had to make my own even though the ingredients where behind the counter breathed down into my bag touching all on the food with mask half off his mouth. I had to ask 3 separate people for the ingredients for the drink I pre ordered. Horrible customer service
