Food meets expectations for Panera brand. However this restaurant is filthy. All tables were used and dirty so we cleaned our own table to be able to eat here. Dirty dishes were stacked at both trash cans. The floor needed to be swept too. Workers were sitting near pickup counter not tending to any of this mess. The greasy handprints on the entry/exit door almost made me lose my lunch.

If you order pick up from this location add an extra 30 minutes to the wait time. Also recommend to Panera that if they want to make their products smaller but charge the same price, shrink the packaging too so customers are less likely to notice the rip off - these cookies used to fill the entire bagAlso there’s a drive through here that I’ve never seen open, not once

The Asian salad was very good. Glad I asked for more dressing, would have been to dry...they give you only (1) My chicken sandwich was decent. My bosses chicken sandwich was gross it had globs of fat. The orange scone was so moist and delicious. Carmel latte and Madagascar vanilla cold brew Iced coffee was excellent better then stars....definitely will be back for coffeeThe place needs to be cleaned better. The doors had so many finger prints. The napkins were all gone and self serve drink bar needed to be wiped down. Floor was dirty. Needs better up keep for sure. For a brand new place I was suprised. So many people not doing their jobs to upkeep

Family member gave me a $20 gift card here a month ago. Not really a place I eat regularly but I had a couple of meetings one day that had a big break in between around lunchtime so I made a point to drive here for lunch to use the money I was given. Decided to wait in the drive thru line since I also needed to head right to Costco afterwards and it was a huge mistake. Sat in line forever. Finally get my food and the employee in the window tells me, "this card doesn't work". I explain it's brand new, it's got $20, it's active and should work just fine. I overheard a coworker explain to her that she needs to use the gift card a little differently than a credit card and at least one other person tried to run the gift card. No one was able to get it to work. Not sure what they tried but they just handed it back and shrugged. So I had to pay for a lunch I wouldn't normally have chosen because they couldn't figure out what to do. Later on I called the number on the back of the card and spoke with a customer service rep that said it was active, full with $20, and should have worked just fine. She suggested that they may need to manually enter gift card numbers into their system to get them to work, but not sure why they wouldn't know that. Frustrating. Food is whatever, it's fine, but not worth the hassle and time I spent dealing with this.

Did not remove their old address from Google. I was trying to pick up an order and I arrived at an empty building, then had to drive to this new location. Once I arrived to pick up the online order, they cancelled the order. I used to work for Panera and loved their food, but get your s*** together.

Went here on Thursday during lunch hour and even though 90% of walk in customers were there for takeout (I dined in) my order came fast enough that I didn’t have to once look around to see what was taking so long ! One star was deprived for the French Onion Soup having an abundance of onions. I know it’s in the name of the soup but the onions were pushing up above sea level in my cup. Employees were suspiciously nice, even the manager ! In a good suspicious way.

If I can give this place 0 stars I most definitely would. When I arrived I was told to wait a moment and I nicely said take your time, after waiting for about 5 minutes the lady comes to the speaker and she has an attitude. as I’m telling her my order she continues to interrupt me. Not only did you have me wait on top of that your being extremely rude and unprofessional. If you don’t like dealing with customers maybe you shouldn’t work in a Job where you will deal with people majority of the day. I get to the window and ask who took my order another person very defensive said I can’t give you their name, but I will let the manager know. That’s not what I wanted or asked for. The manager seemed nice but should really teach the staff to do BETTER!!

If I can give 0 stars I would for this place. The customer service is absolutely horrible. & I haven’t even mentioned their food as well.I went today with a group of friends to eat and a couple of us needed to use the restroom. I went over politely asking if I could since they were doing disinfection. One of the girls came over and said “the sign reads 9pm it’s closed” very rudely saying other things that I couldn’t even hear because of the mask. I really had to use the restroom so I proceeded to ask again and she gets worse and comes out!. Spoke with the manager on duty and she understood but clearly pushed it to the side as if it were nothing. I could say many other things about this place but the level of disrespect in one visit to this place is truly crazy. If you want to have a good time, enjoy good food, or receive good service, this is not the place for any of that.

My husband went in and he explained how the customer service is abysmal and many of the workers were on their phones and not paying attention to customers. When taking the order the cashier did not even ask for my husband's name. Additionally, his sandwich was tossed into a wrapper and fell apart when he opened it. My husband cannot even eat some of his sandwich because parts of it were frozen though my sandwich was okay. It just seems like their customer service and dining experience have gone extremely downhill.

The manager ( Eliesha, I'm sorry if I'm spelling her name wrong) was very kind. A salad was missed in our drive thru order and when we let her know and drove back, she reimbursed us and gave us free drink coupons. Very cooperative and understanding!
