This place went down to below a star! I used to love this place but you can tell that the overall service and food has gone down! But the prices are higher and not worth it!The food used to be good and you still have some good items...but due to the pandemic the service is at its worst! Not worth the trip save your money!It is slow, the tables are not cleaned, there is lack of staff, they expect you to do the kiosk...and a meal for 2 adults and 2 kids is over $65! Go to a better restaurant or pick up and go!!!!
I asked for a salad/sandwich combo. Salad was a strawberry poppyseed chicken. They told me they had no blueberries and I took it anyway, "chicken or no chicken?" asked if chicken was charged extra and the cashier said yes, so I got it without. Lots of lettuce stalks on it and I read on the menu the next day that the chicken was supposed to be included ?. The chicken for the sandwich was kind of dry. For the price I paid I expected a decent quality meal. Common...it was a small sandwich and a small salad for around $20. Will "not" go back. Lady at the register was friendly but with the thing about the chicken it seems like she needs some training.
I would not go to this location anymore it’s unsanitary. They have pastries stored in the improper place. The area where the food is prepped is disorganized and nasty, they need management or someone to come in and get this location in good shape. The lemonade stand area was nasty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while as well as the condiments. Lots of cross contamination going on. My sandwich was burned. The only plus was the “team manager” did his best to get the orders out prompt!
Best staff out of any Panera bread I have ever been to, and I am a loyal customer! The staff made a mistake with my sandwich and fixed it right away while also giving me an extra half! A special shout-out to the Taniesha for her energy and the manager Kash for great leadership!
Food is fine, but delivery is very inconsistent. We've had food delivered twice, and both times, there has been at least one item missing. Tried to get a refund, but it never went through.
I eat her a few times a year. Usually fairly clean. Today it was filthy. Nobody around cleaning. Tables were all dirty, fountain area messy and sticky from spills and splatters. People behind the counter but nobody in dining area to even ask to wipe my table. This 3as justy table. Dried on soup. Had to clean trash off myself and this was the cleanest table.

This place is extremely racist. If you go there during the morning on a week day, you will find there manager a ‘Karen’ who specifically targets black people and puts them out if they aren’t buying anything. I could understand if she asked for ‘proof of vaccination’. This place is very hostile and toxic for black customers.
