Best customer service and food. Omg their Halwa poori, Ras Mailai, and Rabri was amazing. We also had Bihari roll which was also very good highly recommended!!!

FOOD: Halwa Puri, Very authentic taste, maybe even better when you compare it to that of Rasheed Sweets back home in Islamabad. The portions are reasonable for 1 or maybe two-person breakfast. The plate consists of halva(sweet dish), which is of the orange variety, Channa(garbanzo) masala, which are very soda-ish but in the best possible way with the right amount of masala for a breakfast meal, then you get aloo (potato) masala which was kinda cold but the taste was all there. In addition, you get achar (pickles) and some zeera raita (cumin yoghurt) and served with 3 puris. Tea, the tea is pretty good, made with full-cream milk and you can taste it not sure which patti (leaves) they use. AMBIANCE: I cane around 12 PM, Lots of seating, air conditioned, clean and quite, if you suspend the fact that you’re in America, everything else feels just like Pakistan. COST: 1 plate of Halwa Puri, 2 additional puris and 1 tea costed me $12.29 plus tax and tip. OVERALL….. Will definitely recommend, to Pakistanis looking to taste the tastes of back home and to everyone else wanting to try the Pakistani food while in the comfort of Chicago.

The best place for food in Chicago. Their halwa puri is great. The rolls are amazing. Just tried their Takata as well and false juice. It was great! The owners are nice as well

I placed an order on the phone more than thirty minutes and when I arrived for pick up it’s was not ready. The cashier told me “let me check “ he went in the kitchen and came back and told me it will take additional fifteen minutes. If it takes a simple bun kabob phone order more than one hour, so imagine how long will it take for big order when you are planning to dine in or take out with family.

Amazing food! The halwa puri is delicious. The puri is the perfect ratio of crispy and soft. The chai is brewed well & not watered down like most places. The customer service is also exemplary!

Went for Sehri tried their Aloo Qeema, Pratha & Omelet. Taste was very good reminded me back home Taste, Pratha was little bit oily. Tried Mithai (Ras malai, Jalebi & Chamcham) they all were very good

I have never tried pakistani desserts, when i came in I asked the manager to recommend me something and he let me try couple of them and recommended the best. These desserts are so good, they are well made, not too sweet and tastes amazing. Prices are also great and will keep coming for sure

The overall Pakistani food experience here is wonderful. Their breakfast menu to snacks and sweets everything tastes amazing. The food here is very fresh and delicious we love coming here for quick Pakistani breakfast fix with family and friends.

Excellent condition of place and super quality sweet products that encourage you go there Again. Friendly family, who opreats it. Boy owner was awesome smart.

This is the ONLY place you need to go for sweets, savories and tea snacks on Devon! We’ve been coming here for over 25 years and love it. It is under new ownership but still has the same great master confectioner making all the goodies! Saleem the owner is super friendly and makes sure you are satisfied! Excellent top quality ingredients and all hand made. If you go to other places on Devon, they are either using machines (mass production) or lesser quality ingredients! The shop has been renovated and looks great. Huge variety at good price and goodies always taste the same as they keep the consistency at 100%. Excellent place for wedding sweets, iftar snacks, parties and of course…puri halwa. Puris are super fluffy, soft and no grease!
