I’m not excited.Good pizza for thick bread crust. I thought it was a bit on the salty side.Decor was cookie cutter ready for cloning across America.Pricing average.Service good.No parking.AWARDED 1 STAR ON A SCALE OF 3

Very disappointing. We have been going to Paisans for a while now. Try booking a reservation for 26 people and told me we have to order off the family style menu only. Half the people don’t want pizza. We will not go out to eat to be told what we can order when we are paying for it. With times like these they lost a lot of money from us .
I have been going to Paisans since the 80s when I was still living in Cicero. They have a great ambience with great service and of course great pizza and food in general. Their bunch menu is great. Service is great...Well run business.
The staff is so nice, it was our first time here and we will definitely be back. We had the dragon wings, they were phenomenal! We also had their pizza which was just as good. Our server Justine was wonderful and super sweet, she also doubled as the bartender and made us some tasty margaritas. They have a great happy hour too which was a bonus! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!
The staff here are so friendly and kind! My partner & I was not only impressed with the staff but also the food! We were in Chicago for the weekend and we came here twice! Ebsin was extremely helpful and catered to our every need as well as Justine who made the best drinks! Julio the general manager checked on us and made sure we felt welcomed! 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for an authentic Chicago food with great vibes including great music! Try the dragon wings & pizza!!! The second night we were taken care of by Marino and he was also just as amazing! Great Crew!
The appetizers were amazing, but the actual stuffed pizza was undercooked and had raw dough and very sweet. We had ordered takeout during shutdown, and pizza was the same, but figured was opening mistake, and gave another chance. Would order something other than stuffed pizza, and appetizers were good enough to rate trying something else.
Our server was also the bartender and he was so nice and welcoming and also answered all the questions we had for him. Honestly would be the reason I go back he was so great!
