Keep your receipt! I went to this lounge to kick back after work and had the worst experience in Chicago. My food was thrown at me and spilled on the table. My bill was $77.73 but my card was charged $93.28.\\n\\nI called and asked to speak with a manager. After she reviewed my receipt. I was informed that sometimes the tickets get mixed up and they may have charged the wrong ticket on my card. I will not be returning to this lounge and I suggest you check your account after payment. You may be covering the tab for a group that's not yours or added gratuities. There was no resolution on they're part besides me disputing this bill with my cc company. Stay safe and be well Chicago.
They ignored me for 10 minutes and wouldn’t seat me. I don’t recommend attempting to dine here. Disappointing
Terrible customer service. Waitress in the red hair and odd glasses was terrible. Walked in before 3 other tables and had to wait over 25 min and our order still didn’t get taken while the other 3 tables that came after us got their orders taken asap. The waitress looked around at the tables and ignored us then walked away. Everyones orders in our section were taken except ours. We decided to just leave. If u go make sure u get a diff waitress. Didn’t say anything to avoid issues. No point.
The wings really are awesome. Also had the bbq chicken salad the BBQ/Chipotle Ranch dressing is great very smoky and the salad had a kick! Very fresh. A neighborhood spot with the feel of a dive bar. Food is great and both of our servers were friendly. Highly recommended for a relaxed and delicious spot for food, wings and beer.
Food is always on point! But, by far the worst costumer service I have ever experienced here in Chicago. And everyone in their is so rude to you! Save you’re $ and eat at home!

Wings are good. I went this evening and they weren’t serving people at 10:15 pm when they close at 2 AM. The hours need to be updated.

Order was wrong and the lady did nothing to correct the situation. I wanted Spicy BBQ and instead I got Sweet and Spicy with cilantro covered all over it. I hate cilantro so I didnt even touch it. I called and they said there was nothhing they can do and that i was wrong. I wasnt I know what i wanted and what i was spending 56$ on! Never again. Terrible customer service skills.
