The place was busy but we didn't have to wait but a couple of minutes to get a table. Our waitress Jasmine was knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. The food was hot when it arrived & was flavorful.
I walked in with a friend around 8:30 and as we were walking in we were just talking about hopefully not waiting too long to get a table, and we were greeted by Jeanette (hopefully spelling it right) who helped us get seated right away. She was easily the nicest person I’ve ever met, she escorted us over to our seats and told us we would be taken care of shortly. Not even 5 minutes later Eariel (once again hopefully spelling it right) asked us what we would like to get started with. The service/ hospitality that these two beautiful ladies provided was great, anyone looking to stop by should definitely look for them! I spoke to Miguel, the manager, and honestly already looking forward to coming back soon!
Avoid this location. Staff was nice, but not very attentive. Had to ask for water multiple times and request silverware once the food had arrived. The burger was ordered MEDIUM. The photo clearly shows the kitchen doesn’t know what medium looks like as this is well done. Food, 1*. Staff 2*.
Sat at the Bar for about 17 Minutes before the bartender Geri came to greet me and ask what I wanted to drink, She's cute as a button but her service was terrible, I ordered a tall Mich Ultra draft and it had 3-4 inches of head on it, my cousin ordered a Stella you would think maybe it was the keg or keg line well his tall boy had 3- 4 inches of head on it as well, so our tall boy beers probably had less beer than a regular pint. Didnt even check up on us after our food was received to see if we needed anything, Im glad I was just visiting from Florida, will never come back here again!
I took 2 of my boys there just for a snack. Good was super fresh and custom service was wonderful.

I eat at Hooters every chance I get when I travel. I got my AP very quickly but waited and waited for my main course. I gave up after 45 minutes. Will never be back to this Hooters and do not recommend it.
If I could give them a -10 I would. Not only is this establishment have the worst processes and work flow. But the General Manager Darren has the worst demeanor. The server named Demeisha or Demera I can’t remember, didn’t even put our order in until 45 mins after we got there. Both the server and the manager did not take accountability for the horrendous service or apologized for the delay on their part. Terrible customer service, extreme delay in food coming out, and just plain GHETTO. Do not come here. Go to another place. STAY FAR FAR AWAY
I arrived at 4:28 exactly. I was seated and then maybe 5 minutes a young lady come to me and state "we are changing shifts now, so if you want to order food it will be 15 minutes, I asked and drinks from bar, she stated you have to order from bar and close tab there." I said ok,then I went to front counter and asked for Manager. I explained to him situation and he responded that's not true. So he said he will get someone over to take orders and apologized. However, no one came to take our order until 5:28pm. I was very upset at this point, but it was terrible traffic and I really wanted my food. I stay 15 minutes from this location However this is WHY I DRIVE 45 MINUTES TO COUNTRYSIDE. This should have NEVER happened. Why didn't the manager take order and put through. Icing on the cake is our server was running late and the other server responded well I'm going to start being late. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN AND IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THIS LOCATION.
Don’t believe the bad reviews! This place is great! Went for lunch and the food was so fresh and amazing. Our server was so nice! Literally so attentive, all of the food came out so fresh. There was only one small mistake with my fiancé Philly came out beef Instead of chicken. We tried not to complain, but she fixed with no questions asked. I love this place and the atmosphere. Go here you won’t be disappointed!
