It’s an authentic Italian restaurant with great ambience, customer service. For vegetarians they don’t have much options. We ordered eggplant parmigiana, fettuccine alfredo and spaghetti for main course. Everything had less salt and taste was decent. They have best Minestrone soup and breads. Also appetisers were nice. It was expensive as per food quality. One time experience is worth it. Not recommend for frequent visits.

We went to this Italian restaurant with some friends at around 9:45 at night. We took a table in a cozy corner.The staff were very friendly and responsible. We ordered Le Monde Blackberry and Mango drink. Interestingly, here if your drink runs out they will refill the glass.We ordered pasta and lasagna for food. Bread, salad or soup are included with the meal.The amount of food and salad was very good and maybe one meal would be enough for two.The food arrived a little late and the waiter apologized for the delay and allowed us to order two desserts for free$.We also ordered tiramisu which was delicious and fresh.
Almost always a positive experience...nothing bad to say.... customer service overall is great.Food is good and always takes a minute as expected while you eat the soup or salad.... during my last visit the waiter seemed a little out of it. I do believe his shift was ending but as an 8 month pregnant lady I was very emotional my sisters drinks came and mines didn't. Their soup and my salad came and until then we asked again for my drink. We also weren't offered to order a desert .
This location has excellent service. The food is always hot and fresh. Our preferred curbside pickup.
Well... This is an Olive Garden restaurant. Strives to offer the quintessential Italian dining experience in a condensed, Americanized, palatable package. The chain owner would want you to believe that they are offering you a taste of authentic European dining with a gentle, fragrant breeze rustling the leaves of the ubiquitous grapevine leaves that surround you while you enjoy a nice glass of wine that compliments the dish that you have chosen to enjoy with your friends and family. In reality of course your wait staff, while nice and well-meaning, does not necessarily know how to properly serve a table. He or she has no idea regarding the aggressively protective slow-food culture that permeates so much of Europe and, in particular, Italy. Case in point our waitress came to the table, warned us that she would be back in 6 minutes and that she would take our drink, appetizer, and main course or entree orders all at once upon her return. True to her word she was back in 6 minutes and took our drink, appetizer, and main course orders. Appetizers showed up before drinks, we started eating our appetizers and within five minutes, Voila!, entrees arrived. Rush, rush, rush... check. Thanks. Have a nice life...NEXT CUSTOMERS PLEASE!! Food was fresh and good, wait staff was nice, drinks were decent, but this is a watered down Americanized version of what they are trying to convince you that you are paying to experience. Three stars. Didn't even see Sonic the Hedgehog eating there with his "family". Bummer.
They were really nice! ☺ Our waitress named Ingrid was awesome!!! I totally recommend to try their chicken and gnocchi soup! ? Fair prices and nice kids menu!
It was long due in my list to checkout Oliverio garden. I have ordered their eggplant parmesan with spaghetti side and minestrone soup. It was good but I have tasted better eggplant parmesan in the past (crispier the way I like it). Overall it’s a must try too for their unlimited fillings of the sides, breadsticks and a great ambience.
This place is a hit or miss, sadly. The first time I went here the food was not that great. The second time I went here the food was amazing. The third time I went here the food was good but, it took us an hour to get our food.The server was nice but wasn't communicating why the was a delay. I also want to mention that there were hardly any people there.
This is good location for take out and dine in and staff is very good.I haven't been around more recently.They are requiring Vax cards like most Chicago locations.Free parking come check it out!
