The server Michael was attentive and answered our questions. He also checked on us regularly.

Terrible service start to finish. Very very disappointed. My boyfriend who’s birthday we were celebrating is the general manager for a very popular steak house downtown and he is typically a very understanding patient customer when we go out to dinner. As soon as we sat down at Ocean Prime, even my boyfriend was taken back at the horrendous service we were receiving. Our reservation was at 10:00, we arrived at 9:57 and were seated by 10:03, that part was wonderful, the most wonderful part if the night actually. A table assistant came to the table to pour room temperature water and give a bread basket at 10:15. I ask the assistant for a glass of ice, he says no problem he will be right back. At 10:23 ( 20 minutes after we were seated) no server has even greeted us or asked for our drink order. So I stop the server who has been at the table behind us for ten minutes to ask if they can grab our server, to which they respond i am actually your server. So we order our drinks, i again ask for a cup of ice, and i ask for a side of mustard ( they gave us pretzel rolls in the bread basket), he says no problem. Then stops at the table behind us again for ten minutes. While hes at the table behind us im thinking okay its 1035 and he hasn’t even gone to the computer to put our drinks in yet so yes we had to wait to get our drinks till 10:45!!! 45 minutes to get our first drink, still no cup of ice so i ask a third time, to which the server slurring his words says “ you never asked for ice”. I also ask again for the mustard but by this time the pretzel roll that was once warm is now cold and hard. So then i have to ask for a new bread basket. It took another 50 minutes between our salad and main course ( a steak medium and truffle fries) throughout the whole experience the table behind us did nothing but complain about the how the food came out, the prices, what they were charged for it was extremely distracting. Then server ran my card and charged me twice. Will not be back.

Amazing, as always. Great food and service. The filet was cooked to perfection.

Outside of a long valet waiting time before and after dinner, I really enjoyed. Food was delicious and waiter was very energetic and engaging.
