We get all of our cakes here for any family occasion and we loved this bakery. As of late, the quality and service of this bakery has been dropping lower and lower with each new cake ordered over the last few years. We recently placed an order ahead of time for a large family event to ensure a beautiful and tasty cake. To our dissapointment the cake was NOT fresh, but an old frozen cake they sold to us that was not what we ordered. The customer service completely dismissed our concerns and could not care less about this issue. Oak Mill bakery has lost it’s shine, and I will be ordering my family desserts from places like Whole Foods that make delicious, fresh cakes- I reccommend you do the same.
Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer service. I’m in the customer service business and literally had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any vendor. They also are not honest with their prices and are legit scammers.

You can get expertly made cookies, with quality tasting ingredients. So far I only tasted the cookies. Polish baking is not overly sweet. Their flavors come through true, without overbearing sweetness.
We used oak mill bakery for our wedding. The quality and taste of the assortment of desserts we ordered was amazing, along with the gluten free cake was delicious!! The communication was easy and responsive, and they always answered all of my questions regarding what they could make gluten free. Delivery was very smooth on the wedding day. I can't wait to return on our one year anniversary!
