terrible staff. was there on march 5 around 3pm. the lady was rude right off the bat. i'm in customer service myself and i would be mortified if my staff behaved the way she did. she was miserable and made me feel like i was bothering her. i know the customer is not always right but from the get go she was aggressive. even after her bad attitude and bad service i said thank you, no response from her end. pls TRAIN your employees to be more professional!
Got some popcorn while waiting for the flight, they just made it as it was early in the morning, it smelled so good I ended up eating it before the flight and got some more for the flight. It was pretty good. I prefer "Kernals" over this though.

They have the best Chicago style popcorn ever! I make a special trip there any time I'm in the Chicago Airport!
Don't buy a pre packaged bag mine was out of date been traveling all day get on plane ready for a snack and old popcorn is what I got very disappointed
I am so frustrated right now. I ordered a one gallon tub of popcorn. I noticed when it arrived that it was not what I thought I ordered. I wanted to understand if it was my fault or their's. I called at least 7 times, not everyday, thinking they would return my call. I spoke to at least three people that could not find my order in their records. Ten days later, someone calls me to let me know, it was my fault and they would do nothing because I ordered incorrectly. I think what makes a business good is follow-up. I will never order anything from them again although I enjoy their Caramel Popcorn. Their customer service was non existent and I am left disappointed and frustrated. I was the person that called each time to inquire about the progress on finding my order to discuss. No one was proactive to just pick up the phone and call me. I will continue to find those companies that have customer service at the top of their list. Nuts On Clark is not that company.
Popcorn is amazing so yummy! Better that GARRETTS seriously! Their cheese popcorn has the perfect amount of cheese I think Garrett’s popcorn is too cheesy and Garret’s Carmel taste burnt to me! Nuts on Clark is the best popcorn I have ever had by a long shot! Everyone should go here people need to know popcorn is IMPORTANT!
The customer service here was very good. The popcorn was pretty decent for a plane ride. The cheddarcorn was my favorite. To me, the caramelcorn has way too much caramel. I recommend this for a quick and easy snack.
