We had a great experience at this location ?. The service was great, the food was yummy, and the prices were fair! If we're out that way again, we'll definitely be back.

I ordered from this place twice through door dash and both times were really good. The noodles held up pretty well still even after an hour long delivery process and had a nice bite to it. They package everything separately really well so that it's easy to transfer to a proper bowl at home.
I've loved ordering from Udon Mugizo during quarantine. Their udon is high quality and filling. The delivery orders are packed perfectly, separating the broth from the noodles so they don't get too soft. The tempura is also excellent!
Service was excellent! Wait time was less than 5 minutes for lunch on a weekday. The servers were helpful and professional. Food was more on the expensive side but the large portions make up for it. I got the nabeyaki udon which comes in a clay pot (pictured below). I wish I had tipped them more! Definitely come here if you're looking for authentic Japanese food~

All of the employees were helpful. They were very patient with with since it was my first time there.
Rude employees. I felt like I was inside of a McDonald’s at 3am. Employee raised his voice at me for touching MY pick up order. I simply touched the bag to see if the name was correct. The order was stapled and ready so I don’t see the point in scolding a customer for taking a finished order. He raised his voice, criticized me and kept hurling comments at me even as I left the establishment. I could still hear him when I was opening the door to exit. Unacceptable.March 23, 2021 at 12:45pm.This significantly made my day worse as I have never experienced customer service like this before. Disgraceful.
