It was okay. I got the Pad Thai noodles and the serving and the cost are not for the value seeker. But the flavor was excellent. Noodles were sticky and a bit undercooked but over all 3 out of 5.
First of all $8 is too much for a half of a bowl of noodles. I had buttered noodles and tomato soup. The noodles were dry with no butter in sight. The soup tasted like a mixture of soup marinara and something burnt. No kidding honest truth. I don't plan on ever going back to noodles & company again because this is my third bad experience. I also had garbage food at the Hammond location..twice!
I didn't get what I ordered. I tried friendly to talk with somebody and to point out a mistake in good faith for my next order, the worker hung up on me twice. When I tried to talk to the manager, they left me on hold for 15 minutes, with no answer. Worst customer service ever!
A unique experience, convenient to shopping and they even validate your parking ticket! Give them a try.

The food is delicious. The staff was great and the restaurant was well sanitized. I will definitely be back!
