Very conveniently located next to the Millennium Park. Service is good but when asked several times in a row if we were ready to order, I felt being rushed, which I hope is not what was meant. Sashimi and spider roll were excellent choice.
Great sashimi. Tried the "platinum" plate and thought everything was delicious. Taro fries were very tasty, as was the "Cherry Blossom" and "Dynamite" appetizers. Finished the meal with a relaxing pot of rose tea. Would definitely swing through here again!
Great place to hang out and see all the commotion around. We sat outside and while we were waiting for the food a large group of roller skaters passed by. That was quite fun to see. Food was great! We ordered chirashi and mushroom ramen. Chirashi was really fresh and the broth for ramen was spectacular. The service was also great. The regulars were warmly welcomed and by the time we were leaving there were two groups waiting to be seated.
Since this is pretty close to China town I always tend to get my chinese food from China Town but decided I wanted to try somewhere closer to home and this was very good! I got the general Taos tofu and the chinese long beans. Both delicious and packaged well. They were also ready before the pickup time so I went early and got them still hot.
Really good sushi! I had their Rainbow Roll which was the perfect combination of ingredients. Flavor and texture were terrific. I'll definitely be back!
Absolutely incredible service, our waitress was very helpful with any questions we had, the food was fantastic, bathrooms were very clean, everything was wonderful.
This use to be my go to restaurant but recently they have been giving the most terrible service!!! My date and I arrived and was seated. We decided to go to the washroom to wash our hands. When we got back to our table, they had seated another couple at our table… we politely approached them to tell them they were at our table, only to be met with the rudeness of the hostess saying WE LEFT! Instead of reseating the couple, they tried to put us at the sushi bar. Then said we had to wait until somebody else got done eating to be seated. Unacceptable. We decided to order and leave, but they didn’t even pack all of our food!!! Two orders of California rolls were never placed in our bag. I will never be dining there again. Been a patron for well over 6 years.
Menu poorly laid out. Tried 2 meals and all were gross. Barely any veg and lots of rice & noodles. The worst place price for value. Never order the Japanese fried rice with shrimp. Or the Sichuan Dan Dan noodles. I will never eat there again.
Lunch special was a very good price. Good amount of food and very fresh ingredients! First time here, but I can see it becoming my go-to lunch spot when in the south loop!
love the smoked salmon !!! and A5 wagyu nigiri. Melt in my mouth. The employee were very friendly full of smile and passion. The environment was good. The uni does not taste that ideal..no sweet taste but overall it was a good experience. Each person 45$ for dinner
